Do not stay here if you want a comfortable, stress-free experience.The property is advertised as updated, but it felt outdated and poorly maintained. The front door lock was broken, which felt unsafe. The TV barely worked, and the blinds were falling apart, letting in full sunlight at 6:00 am with no curtains to block it.When reported, someone came two days later, stapled the blinds, and told us not to open them, which defeats the purpose of having a water view.The vents were clogged with dust, and the coffee machine malfunctioned and sprayed hot coffee everywhere. Overall, it felt like a low-end 2 stat hotel.Communication was also poor, especially on weekends. We left a day early due to the conditions and were denied a refund for the night we left. I would not recommend staying here.
Broken chain lock made it less safe as if someone previously broke in

Tv stopped working every night. Someone came to reset it and it stopped again
The room was extremely bright with broken blinds and 6:00 am sunrise

We had a 6 week stay. Loved the location and people we met. Minor issues in the home that the management team worked hard to resolve. Would definitely return.

The condo was nice. The twin beds were not comfortable. The king size room was very comfortable. The sofas were very uncomfortable. They seem to be broken down and were very hard to get up from them due to how they sink down when you sit on them. It would have been nice to have more than two beach chairs. When I inquired before we got there we were told there were 4. Also I have always had a wagon or beach cart provided to travel to beach since it is across the street. We had to make a couple of trips to take cooler chairs and beach items. Overall better than some I have stayed. Enjoyed manatees.

Close to beach with all the amenities

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. It was a short walk to the beach, which is great with a toddler. And then when he needed a nap, we went back to the room and went swimming at the pool. We had a rental car which made traveling more convenient, but the grocery store is nearby and there are enough restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that it fair it was updated but the shower faucet and showerhead were not secured to wall, the water temperature from kitchen sink was hardly not. However, i would likely stay there again.

That's property was clean and had a great layout. We utilized the kitchen which was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. The amenities were great with a wonderful pool and equipment to play in the water. We would stay in this property again for sure.

Great stay..

This property is located in a great location in the heart of St Pete Beach. Close to the beach and many restaurants. The property is very well maintained and the unit was well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend and will return.
