Clean quiet place with Beach and pool

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again but rent a two bedroom. The studio was a bit small with my partner baby and I. We stayed for a week so we would want something bigger. We truly enjoyed our stay..thanks

It was great!

It was great, very quiet and quaint. The room was very small but good enough since it was so nice outside. The kitchen is not stocked that well. There were a lot of spoons but not a spatula and no coffee filters. Otherwise, it was great! It's in a great location, you can walk everywhere.

Cute, on beach and boardwalk, outdated unit needs work

Very clean, nice people, comfortable bed, great pool area and extremely clean and good game room and very good grill area with lawn chairs various places right by boardwalk and beach Negatives for our unit (but, Vrbo and mgn good) Tub was unless, drain area handle to hold water in rusted and totally broken, pipes sticking out under sick rusted looking, sink was slow from being clogged before we came. No smoke alarm but management came that same day we told them. Small light by bed sounded like it would fall over. Very cheap. Saw some other units much nicer and updated. Other than our unit, everything else was very nice. Owner needs to improve and update unit. Would stay at the place here again, overall enjoyed everything, but, would not recommend this exact unit.

Probably won't book again

The room was much smaller than I anticipated. Yes, it sleeps three, but the pull out sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and had to be put away each day in order to walk through to the kitchen and restroom. On our way home, I got a call from management saying we damaged towels and would be charged a damage fee. After asking questions, I told them it was just watermelon juice one of my girls cleaned up. The woman then said, "oh, now that I know that I'll have them wash and see how they come out." The towels HADN'T EVEN BEEN WASHED YET and they were trying to charge me. I was also told I should have washed them, which I've literally never experienced with any other AirBnB or VRBO. After ending the call I noticed they had already tried to charge my card TWICE. Again, they hadn't even washed the "damaged" towels or spoke to me beforehand. Thank goodness that card had been cancelled and replaced the week before so it didn't go through. They said they would get back to me, but its been several days and I haven't heard anything.

Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy and couldn't see the water from our room but it was very quiet being away from the main touristy area and as close to waterfront as you can get in that area. Asked for a late check out and after answering what time, never got a response from the property Mgr but someone sure was knocking on the door when it was time to leave.

Nice property

The property is a small studio type apartment with a bed, kitchen, and bathroom all close together. The property is right on the beach so we didn’t spend much time in the room and has very convenient access to water. A short walk from the room and you can be on the nice walkway that goes parallel to the beach or you can be swimming in the water. Parking was very easy and convenient. We did not use the pool but it looked to be very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you

Wonderful!

Tropic Terrace is a gem! The property is charming - quiet, clean, and just steps from the beach. Our studio condo was adorable - just perfect for me and my sister. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! We highly recommend Tripic Tereace.

Quiet and Peaceful

The property was very nice. Just enough room for my daughter and I. I like the keyless entry. There was plenty of toilet paper. I thought there would be only 1 roll but there was a lot. It was a very quiet location. I think it’s more so for older adults. My daughter who was 16 asked to go to a different beach for those reasons but other than that, it was very peaceful.
