This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo boasts stunning south-facing Gulf views, offering a front-row seat to sugar-white sands and shimmering blue waters. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, while the guest room offers a cozy queen bedboth equipped with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans for ultimate comfort.

Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen! Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking in one of the Jacuzzis, or letting little ones splash in the kiddie pool. Mornings start right with fresh coffee and pastries at the onsite caf, while evenings invite relaxation with a tropical drink in the lush courtyard.

Just minutes away, John's Pass Village offers a lively mix of shops, restaurants, and water excursions, from dolphin tours to mini-golf. Or dive into Treasure Island's adventures, including fishing, parasailing, and jet skiing.

Fine for a tight budget and no high expectations. There are three elevators at the complex. At least one (sometimes two) were not working. Long delays getting up to unit. Do not use the dryer!!!! It leaves black grease marks on your clothing!!!! Beds were miserable. Unit desperately needs to be painted. Large patched holes in the walls. Curtains missing hooks and coming down. Kitchen appliances were fine. Pool area fine. Beach view was great.

Family vacation

Room was nice and clean very comfortable, nice balcony to relax on. The pool was nice plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, however there was a few tables with umbrellas that were broken, and one of the gates at the pool was broken, wasn’t a big deal but would’ve been nice if those got fixed. Has a cafe on site serving breakfast and sandwiches they are open from 8-5. Also a tiki bar on site. Overall pretty nice place.

Very nice weekend getaway

Making reservations and check-in process were great. Condo was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. Being on the 5th floor provided a wonderful view. The property management agents were accessible, friendly, helpful, and responsive. A few missing items were quickly provided and a broken bench replaced. Appliances were not new, but everything worked! We will definitely return for another visit.

Tired & worn out condo that was dirty

Walked in to a blood stain on the white comforter in the primary bedroom. Was addressed next morning by property manager swapping out. Side of refrigerator filthy with splattered food, dishes in cupboard dirty, couch & chair both fabric were worn out and dirty. Table, chairs and coffee table all wobbly legs. Bathroom sink overfill hole in primary stained black filth, vent in primary clogged with dust and noisy. Only 2 chairs on balcony, all the others had 4. We made it work although we thought the property manager would have sent in a cleaner to address what she could but sadly didn’t happen.shes aware of the poor review coming as she agreed the owners needed to update and replace worn furniture. We would stay at that location again and try a different unit as they are individually owned. Not a well equipped kitchen if you plan on cooking.

Great condo on beach

The condo was clean and very nice! Easy check-in process. Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony! Condo is located steps from the beach. There is a restaurant/snack shop with convenience items available onsite. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Close to John’s Pass. We rented a car so also drove to Clearwater Beach. Would recommend and would book again!

Almost perfect

Really great size condo for our family of 4. The layout was nice and the neighborhood was great. The circle K across the street was ideal! My only complaint was the floors were dirty. Not just sand which I expect and doesn’t bother me but we had to wear our flip flops the whole time. Just needs a good deep cleaning of the floors. Other then that, it was perfect.

Sunny Sunset Vistas

This was a great location for spring break with our son. It gives you the best of both worlds - the beach and 2 pools/hot tubs that are right off the beach. The cute, little bar is nice. The center of the property is very pretty and relaxing with the fountains. Close to a lot of restaurants, including those in St. John’s Pass. Or if you want to cook for yourself - the kitchen had all of the essentials. It was a pretty quiet area too. The view from our deck was nice with the beach very close. Take a right on the beach and you can walk to a path with some benches. We saw a Great Blue Heron one morning and dolphins another… 💕

Wonderful property!

Clean, updated 2-bedroom unit (506S). We appreciated the assigned, shady parking space. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Cafe offered a good variety of menu items. Everyone we interacted with on staff was courteous and friendly. Beautiful beach!

Nice location, needs updates.

This condo had a great location and overall amenities. Loved the beach access and pool access. Tiki bar was a great plus. Only downside was basic necessities were not available and needs maintained. Had to purchase toilet paper and soap when we arrived as it was not supplied. Cabinets are cracked in quite a few spots, and toaster did not function at all. If you’re flying in, make sure to hit the store before you check in.
