Our Northwest corner condo (3rd floor) has views of the Gulf of Mexico, provides a direct Gulf Front view of the most beautiful Sunset beaches in the area. From the large private balcony, you'll enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the beach and water, where you'll have a front-row seat to the dolphins' playground, and to the most picturesque sunsets that Florida has to offer.

The master bedroom features a flat TV; a king bed with a pillow top, a 1000 coil mattress; a sliding door to the Gulf-front balcony, and access to the over-sized wheelchair accessible full bathroom (huge shower - no tub), this full bathroom can also be accessed from the guest bedroom. This condo also has a separate half bathroom (toilet and sink, no shower) accessible from the common area.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and also has a flat-screen TV. With a new, comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the beach-facing living room, there's plenty of space for everyone.

Resort is composed of three buildings (total 159 units, 32 west, 127 south and north) joined together like a large horse shoe, The West building is parallel to the beach and therefore all units in this building directly face the Gulf of Mexico. The North and the South buildings are perpendicular to the beach (i.e. run from the water to the road) (room numbers _01N/S to _13N/S). In the North and South buildings a unit ending in 13 is closest to the beach and a unit ending in 01 is closest to the road. Sunset Vistas Resort unit #s are comprised of three digits and one letter, The first digit is the floor, the second two digits are room #, the letter represent building, i.e. W = west building; N = north building; S = south building.
