The location, view, etc is perfect! There were no chairs or umbrellas in unit 3- but I did buy and leave 2 chairs and an umbrella. The condo was clean and nice. There are not TV’s in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed which was comfortable. Overall we had a great time and loved the pool and beach setup!

Over all it was good though I wasn’t happy to have to bring keys back to officeMaybe have a Dropbox at the property it was very inconvenient to drop keys off and catch a flight first thing in morning Maybe put that in listing before people book/pay for the place

Nice beachfront rental

The condo is as advertised. Right in redington beach - quiet community in the st Petersburg area. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. A couple of notes - the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was lovely although the balcony is shared with the condo next door. It wasn't a problem for us since we were the only occupants this weekend but could be an issue with rowdy neighbors. The kitchen was sparsely provisioned - incomplete sets of dinnerware, silverware, etc. many were chipped and all were well used. There were Minimal cooking utensils and pots - most are well used and could do with being replaced. Linens and towels were provided but no beach towels were included. Checkin/out was cumbersome. Had to travel 20 minutes south to the rental office. In this day and age, it's hard to understand why electronic locks can't be provided. Overall nice property and location. We would rent again.

What we wanted and needed!!

My family wanted a stay ON the beach! We got just that! Location was perfect! Although not a private beach, it was like a private beach. Walk right out to the beach and set up our things from sunrise to sunsets- PERFECT!! The property was clean and comfy. We will be staying here again for our next Florida trip.

Best location

We’ve been coming to Redington Shores for about 5 years now. This place was by far our favorite! Right on the beach and the perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony view was breath taking. We will definitely be coming back here.

We found the home to be very beautiful, comforting and in a great location on the beach. I do believe that it would be easier if you had a key pick up lockbox on site of the property to pick up and drop off. It is a pain in the rear to have to drive all the way and find the place to pick keys up especially when you arrive after hours in the dark and do not know the area. Otherwise it was beautiful and we had a great time, thank you.

Relaxing & Quiet

Before getting into the unit you have to drive a few miles out of the way to pick up the key from a lock box and at the end of your stay you have to drop these keys off at the same location. Instructions provided via email were easy to follow. Despite a hiccup related to hurricane Ian, our stay was relaxing and without interruptions. After our first night and day we requested an additional night to be added to our stay because we loved the unit and location so much! A response to our inquiry was provided in less than 24 hours over a weekend. Check out instructions were simple and not onerous. The unit is large and easily provides space for two couples or a family of 4. The back balcony was spacious with chairs and a table for dining alfresco or just sitting sitting back with a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the waves or read a good book. The sunsets were breathtaking and next level amazing! The pool had plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate guests for all the units as well as a covered seating area with couches. The pool was clean and crystal clear. Just a few short steps from the pool and you’re sinking your feet in white soft sand to play in the small waves of the warm Gulf. The location is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a super short drive to John’s Pass or Treasure Island. The only things I didn’t like were the firm bed mattresses and one toilet didn’t flush very well. Overall, minor issues. 9/10 would stay here again!

Gorgeous views from the balcony.

Perfect place to unwind and relax with private pool and easy access to beach. Plenty of good restaurants, shopping areas, and other things to do/see in the area.

Beautiful view and clean property. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing we didn’t like was having to drive to the office to pick up keys and having to drive to the office to return keys.

Amazing Villa

This Villa was perfect for our little family of 5. It’s right off the beach and has a great pool. The view from our Unit was definitely a million dollar view. It far exceeded our expectations and will definitely be going back. Loved it!

Great Location with Amazing Beach Access but a terrible check in process

As the saying goes "location, location, location" and this condo nailed it. We have stayed in the area several times and this was our favorite location by far. No complaints with the set up of the condo (no beach towels, so bring your own). The communication was great with the property mgmt. company. This would be a 5 star condo if not for the check in and out process. The Check in and out process gets a solid F- . Probably the worst check in and out process we have ever experienced in 15+ years of renting condos Note this place DOES NOT have an electronic lock or a lock box on site so you are forced to go to the property mgmt. location to pick up the keys. For the cost of this condo a 1985 check in process was a joke. The key pick up and drop is 15 to 20 mins away from the condo and the airport depending on traffic, so plan accordingly. Had the pick location been on the way to the airport it would have been okay but unfortunately that is not case. When we went to get our key at 10pm night there was no light on the lock box which was yet another pain to this process fumbling around trying to get in the box to locate our key. Check out is at 10 am and at 9:40 AM the cleaners where hanging outside the door to start cleaning. Again for the cost of this condo, having to high hurdle the cleaning crew while we were loading the car was annoying at best and left my wife very ticked off with the process. I loved the condo but would not use this property mgmt. co again to rent a VRBO due to the check in and out process.

Amazing location

Loved this property- right on the beach , amazing sunsets, updated, clean. Would stay again. One suggestion - master bedroom needs blackout curtains!!!! The room is on the east side. When sun is out it’s bright and sunny and impossible to sleep in.

Missing the Details

The location is fantastic no doubt especially for the price but the age is showing. For what we paid it was fine but some basics still need to be addressed. Basics like cracked, chipped, and broken dishes that are a safety hazard especially with kids. Lots of broken beach equipment that needs to be sorted through as they are again dangerous. Some the pillows had blood stains on them which was especially gross and disgusting. We always bring our own from home but still total eww. This can be prevented with proper pillow covers and the pillows themselves were ancient. Again we had our own but if we hadn’t we would have needed to buy some. Furniture was also overly used the chair in the living room had broken springs and the living room mirror had a huge crack. You’re getting exactly what you pay for, a beachfront condo with space and a nice pool. Which is fine and what we were expecting for this price. Fixing some basics and improving things just a little (a trip to Ikea for some cheap new dishes, some pots, living room and pillows) would make this place an exceptional value. Note that there is a cleaning fee charge which kind of sneaks in there and bumps the rate up. It’s a bit like an airline charging you for a reserved seat or some basic thing you expect. Also give yourself extra time to check in the condo building is about 15-25 mins away (very dependent on traffic) from the property managers office.
