    Sunset Beach is a true wildlife sanctuary — watch sea turtles nest under the full moon, pelicans dive for their afternoon snack, and dolphins and manatees cruise by daily. Along the water’s edge, little sandpipers feed as you soak in the beauty of this peaceful, residential beach on the southern tip of Treasure Island.



    Our condo offers endless summer vibes with two comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with two twins( trundle) — ensuring a perfect night’s sleep for everyone. There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower and hair dryer, making mornings effortless. The living room features a cozy sofa bed(queen pullout) and stunning Gulf views — the perfect place to relax and feel the ocean breeze. Please note that balconies are facing the beach and are shared as the are the common walk way. We have room for two chairs and a table in front of condo on balcony.

The stay was amazing! Got to see dolphins every morning and it was just a few quick steps to the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, and everything you could need. I highly recommend staying here.

Brian’s place and hospitality is one of the best our group has ever encountered! We can tell Brian truly loves hosting and caring for his guest. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You cannot beat the ocean view of this place! The cherry on top was how clean and beautifully decorated the place was. We appreciated all the small detail and loved all the art Brian and his team put in decorating the place. This is my third time in Treasure Island, and Brian’s place and hospitality blew it out the park that we won’t even consider other places next time we return.

We had an amazing time at Sunset. The condo was very clean and the host was helpful if we had any questions. The view from the balcony was amazing, we saw dolphins almost everyday. The host provided beach chairs,umbrella’s,wagon and aloe for my family when they had sun burn, we live in Michigan. We also had a box of pastries waiting for us to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We would definitely like to book this condo again.

My family had a wonderful stay the week of Thanksgiving! The condo was very clean and welcoming, and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Brian was a wonderful host as he was made checking in and out very simple and was easy to reach with any questions! I highly recommend this condo, especially if you have children! The beach is steps away, and the sunset views are incredible!

Brian was an incredible host! So many things that made our stay more enjoyable: coffee and beach chairs for our first sunrise on the beach, comfortable beds & pillows, snacks to welcome us, beach towels, and many more. The condo was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, dishes, tableware, etc. There were multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards plus beach toys for kids. There was nothing we needed that wasn't readily available for indoors and outdoors. From our deck we even got to enjoy some dolphins swimming past early in the morning plus sunsets in the evening. Brian was always accessible before and during our trip. He answered any questions immediately. He checked on us after the first night to be sure all was well. We would not hesitate to go back. In fact, one member of our party intends to take her family back in the fall.

We had an amazing stay here!! I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and Brian was by far the most communicative host. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable, relaxing, and completely stress free.The property itself was perfect!! Spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. He also provides all your beach necessities too! The balcony views were incredible, especially at sunset. Being just steps from the beach was a huge bonus, and we even spotted dolphins right along the shoreline one morning, which was unforgettable.One of our favorite parts was walking along the shoreline collecting seashells and sand dollars, it made the experience feel even more special and peaceful.It’s also conveniently located just a short drive from town, with plenty of great restaurants and ice cream spots to enjoy. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is very well taking care of, the furnishings are very confortable and full of little details that made you fill special and welcome. The apartment was spotless clean and fully appliances provided. The views from the apartment are amazing, specially the sunsets, is difficult to describe the colors of the Sun disappearing over the waters of the Gulf. The views are unobstructed as the property seats in front of the beach. Is a perfect place to relax and let it go. There is no parties or traffic noises which lends to a very peaceful night sleep. The only noice is the one caused by waves of the sea against the white sands of the shores. This is a place to fully enjoy your vacation with a lot peace and confort. Restaurants and grocery shopping are all near by, making the location a very handy one. To finish this note if you wanted a vacation to relax and enjoy life without stress or rushing this is the place to do so. In the other hand if you are looking for adrenaline rushing and great adventure this maybe not. I will be back hopefully wit the blessing of this welcoming and thoughtful owners.

This property was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The unit itself was spotless and stocked with everything you could imagine, from boogie boards and coolers to games. The view is absolutely beautiful and all of the neighbors were so kind. One even let us borrow aloe after we got a bad sunburn.We were welcomed to the property with snacks and water waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The best part of this rental, though, was the hosts. I needed a travel accommodation that honestly wasn’t a small ask, and he went out of his way to make it work for me. He also checked in multiple times throughout our stay and gave us recommendations for local bars and restaurants. That ended up being another highlight of the trip because the places he suggested were awesome.If I am ever back in the area I will definitely be staying here again.

This stay has to be in my top three stays of all time. The host contacted us before we began our trip with information about the area and what we might want. They also informed us what would be available within the unit. I never had any issue reaching out to the host and getting a timely response; including letting us back in for some left items (we weren't that far out so wouldn't interfere with upcoming reservations). I applaud and am very grateful for such kind and considerate hosts.The unit was clean and included just about everything we might have needed. I couldnt have asked for a better view. It was beautiful. This complex is used by both renters and owners but we didnt see a difference. And there's an elevator for those that can't or dont enjoy using the stairs. We ate out a bit and didnt cook this trip so we didnt utilize the kitchen items. While not home, the beds were comfortable and allowed for a full night sleep. Also included in the unit were items for the beach for all ages. We loved it.I am looking forward to returning. Hopefully sooner rather than later. If you get the chance, go for this property. You'll thank yourself later. I'd say comfortably fits 4 but up to 7 plus a portal crib (in the room) without to much more hassle. We were two this trip.

This beachfront property was perfect for my family's weeklong vacation. It was very welcoming and Brian, our host, was amazing. Very communicative and accommodating. We had plans to visit other areas around the St. Pete/Treasure Island area and just ending up spending our time at the beach right in front of us because it was so wonderful. We saw dolphins and manatees swim right passed us.When we were unfortunately in a car accident and unable to get around, Brian was quick to offer up any help he could offer to us. It was comforting to know that help was there when we were so far from family and home.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We will definitely be back again! One of the best stays that we have had. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Being beach front, you can hear the waves as you cook dinner or sleep at night. The unit has everything you need for your stay on the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even some games for the kids. The host Brian was amazing. We told him we were celebrating a birthday while we were there and he had a nice arrangement of deserts ready for us when we arrived. He was very communicative and a great host. We will most definitely plan another stay at Brian's place!!

We had a wonderful stay! Our host bent over backwards to ensure that we had fun. Pastries from a local bakery were on the counter when we arrived, along with another basket of assorted snacks. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. and a wagon to haul everything to fun in the sun! The host couldn’t do anything about the cool days, but did suggest tons of other things to do, sights to see in the area! He was just a super friendly, accommodating host! This place was a lucky find for us—loved the view of the gulf, the sound of the waves, and the gorgeous sunsets!

Brian, the host was absolutely amazing. He thought of every little detail. The place was immaculate, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. Highly highly recommend. Brian was excellent with communication and very attentive to our needs and wants.

The condo is right on the beach. Super clean with numerous extras such as water and snacks. The hosts are so sweet and ard available 24/7 if you need anything. We will be back and recommend this condo one million percent!
