Ocean Sands is located on the soft sugary sands of Madeira Beach. This spacious penthouse vacation rental is lovely, and the view is spectacular! The 30 foot large, private balcony has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, the dolphins and the world famous breath-taking sunsets.
The condo has just been fully renovated from the wiring to the plumbing, to new flooring, windows, lighting, kitchen and bathrooms.



The main area has been completely opened up, with beachy flooring throughout and beamed ceilings in the living room and dining room. Wall to wall patio doors take advantage of the panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico.
A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare the tastiest meals when dining at home. Entertain around the large island.
The principal bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the water. A walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space. The Ensuite Bathroom has double sinks and a large walk-in shower with Rain head.
Bedroom 2 has two double beds and a wall to wall closet for storage. Bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Bed Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided as well as a starter set of paper goods, hand soap, dishwashing soap and trash bags.
The balcony closet has some beach items to add to your fun.
The technology included - free wifi access and televisions in the living room and 2 bedrooms. Note - there is no land phone line.
Full size front-loading washer and dryer for your convenience.
Gulf front swimming pool, hot tub, sundeck, pool restrooms, outdoor shower and a community grilling area.
Short walk to CVS drug store, grocery store and liquor store. You are walking distance to several restaurants, as well as just a short trolley ride down to Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk area.
