Wake up every morning to spectacular views and spend your day watching dolphins swim by while relaxing on your private balcony. End your evening on your own private deck watching the sun go down.

Welcome to our little slice of paradise: large open living and dining area condo, with surrounding windows, water views and french patio doors that open onto your private balcony. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms/2 full baths. 2 Queen beds. Ceiling fans, extra large sectional sofa, 50" flat screen Smart TV, DVD collection, high-speed WiFi, video streaming and books.

Full amenities including kitchen utilities, dishes, bath towels, hairdryer, linens, iron with board, etc. Washer and dryer in condo. We have also stocked it with beach chairs, towels and a cooler to make your trip to the beach complete!

Did we forget to mention there is a heated private pool for condominium residents?! Great for an evening dip after a long leisurely day or rest and relaxation.

* Please note, all of the first floor units were impacted by Hurricane Helene but our unit on the 2nd floor facing Boca Ciega Bay was not impacted.

This Non- Smoking, pet free condo is quietly located directly on Boca Ciega Bay in a small complex with only 11 units. You will be on the top floor of a 2 story building, with your own private balcony, located in the "Heart of Treasure Island"! Building is only a few steps to our beautiful Treasure Island Beach. The best entertainment in Florida may be found in dozens of restaurants, bars and tiki huts all easily accessible by foot!

Park and walk to everything: Restaurants, bars, Walgreen's, Publix grocery store, banks and an ABC Fine Wine & Spirits are less than a 5 minute walk. The beach is only one block away (5 minute walk) and has a public beach mat/ramp that may be used for easy access to the shoreline!

One Assigned parking spot #9 for one vehicle.

Very spacious and comfortable unit. The balcony was wonderful with a great view. The location was perfect for us, right in the area we like. Walking distance to groceries, great restaurants, and the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Location and condo were great. Everything there that you could possibly need. Very nice sitting on the balcony watching dolphins and water activities. Would highly recommend.Only problem was that we were not told about construction at the property. The workers started late morning and worked until late evening.

Location is great

Love the location. Owners respond well. Place is very clean.The waterfront on the bay is nice. Beds, pillows and bed linen could use an update, especially the pillows. Another thing, there was no laundry soap and check out asks you to wash beach towels. It was a quiet week at the complex and we enjoyed that. A few more supplies would be a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Communication was superior, we did have the refridgerator/freezer go out on us on the second day i messaged the owners and they were very concerned about the problem, they called us, got a new one the same day, they offered to pay for the spoiled food. Yes, i would definetly recomend this place. We would rent this condo again. We loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and looking for dolphins. It's location was great for walking to many resturants, bars, publix, and the beach. We loved it. Thank you.

Treasure Island

We had an amazing, relaxing time at Alex and Caprice's Treasure Island condo. The place is lovely, right on the inland waterway with daily view of dolphins from the beautiful deck out the back. The condo was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. We loved the fact that it had umbrellas, coolers and chairs for our trips to the beach. We also enjoyed the quiet and privacy it provided. There is a small pool that is perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The best part of the condo is the location! There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and the beach all within minutes. We could have easily stayed for weeks! Thanks Alex and Caprice for one of our best stays yet in Florida. We look forward to coming again soon.

Great location and communication

Place was very clean/spacious with beautiful views on the deck. Easy walk to beach/amenities without the noise level of being on the main road. Communication with our hosts were excellent and they even reached out without me messaging them when they heard a rental down the street was being too loud. Highly recommended.

Fabulous spring break!!

This is a great unit! Wonderful location with beautiful water view! We saw dolphins almost every day! Super well stocked kitchen. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store. We would definitely love to stay there again!!

Water front rental

There were 3 adults who stayed in this water front rental for a week. The rental has everything you would need to stay here. This unit is equipped with everything you would possibly need. We enjoyed this unit because we had the deck off the back looking into the water. We did spot dolphins a few times while here. Alex was very polite with us, checking on us to see if everything was ok or had any questions for him. Plenty of room for our stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone if you like a water view.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying here and once again we had a wonderful time. I love how close everything is. We never rent a car when staying here as we can just walk where we want to go. The owners are fantastic to work with as well.

Fantastic Month!!!

My husband and I spent the last two weeks of January and the first two weeks of February at this delightful condo. This has to be one of the cleanest and best-equipped properties we have ever booked, and we have booked many over the years. Everything is within walking distance and the view of the bay from the deck off of the living is just georgeous. I wanted to book it for 2024 for the same timeframe, but someone beat us to it.

The location was perfect for us & the views off the deck were amazing. The condo was perfect for the three of us. Our kiddo fished off the docks everyday. Morning coffee & evening cocktails watching the dolphins….
