Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway staying here. The room was great and beds were comfortable. This place is in the perfect location. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. I cant wait to book our next vacation.

Awesome space & amenities

We so enjoyed the space, the pictures are acurate and the amenities were great. Considering one of our stay date was bad weather, it was awesome having a good inside space to play games, cook and just enjoy being together.

Nice ocean front condo

We stayed here right before Thanksgiving. The condo was perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach and also from the balcony.

Great condo on the beach

Good location. Close to Publix. DD and ice cream shop across the road. Good amount of restaurant choices close by. We received simple check in instructions before our arrival and check in was a breeze. The condo was clean with nice view of the ocean. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Weloved our stay and would stay again.

Treasure Island Surf Beach Resort

Everything was as advertised, beautiful location. The only complaint we had was the condo was much smaller than we expected. There are 2 queen beds (bedrooms very small) and a sofa bed, but usage for 6 adults is questionable. Not much extra room at all.

I can not give a five star, was locked out of room for three hours at night with two tired kids, someone else in our parking spot for three hours on fourth, missed fireworks:( was told we would get free tickets on a dinner cruise and never received! Not a good experience:(

Great place to stay.

The condo suited our family’s needs perfectly. Great view of the large beach and the ocean. Pool and spa were nice. Many options for eating and shopping within walking distance. Ownership was very responsive when questions arose. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Condo

We enjoyed our quick stay to St Pete. The location, pool and beach are amazing! We enjoyed the balcony and sunset views. The condo had plenty of towels and beach supplies. We do wish there was a rug by the balcony door so we could wipe our feet before coming into the condo. We sadly tracked sand in from the balcony. Overall a great place!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Very clean and comfortable. Right by the stairs to go to the pool/beach. There is an elevator in the lobby but stairs are faster if your physically comfortable with them. There is a Dunkin right across the street which is very convenient.

Communication with owner was great, quick responses when needed. Easy check in/check out. The location was perfect., easy beach access, clean pool, hot tub, property. The inside of condo was sufficient, carpets could be cleaned or replaced as well as stove. Main bathroom needs to have a heavy cleaning.

Fabulous Stay

We loved staying here, the apartment is a little dated but we still had a brilliant stay, the location is great, close to shops and restaurants and easy local transport routes made getting around nice and simple. I would definitely recommend staying here and may even be back in the future

Nice Beach Condo

I owned a condo on Indian Rocks Beach for about 10 years. Have probably rented units for 6 days to a month over the last 20 summers. This is typical Gulf Front Condo which we enjoyed. Only suggestion is the carpet in the bedrooms should be updated. Looks & feels like 80's Berber carpet. A very simple and inexpensive improvement would make a big difference. Thanks

Great place!

The property is great! The building is walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts and several great restaurants. The unit is a little dated, but has absolutely everything you need. Beds were super comfortable and love the extra touch of amazing AC system, big fans in both bedrooms, beach towels and balcony table/chairs.

Beautiful views and very convenient location

We rented this condo for two weeks in May and it was very enjoyable. The condo was centrally located and convenient to get to the beach, restaurants/bars, and grocery store. We loved having the pool and path just steps away from the building as well. The elevator was convenient when carrying a lot of things (it worked well for our family having a toddler with too many beach toys!). The inside of the condo was nice with two exceptions, the slider door in the living room that leads to the balcony and the dishwasher. I loved the slider doors because they showcase the beautiful view and let in light but keep the heat out, however, when we tried to open the door to the balcony, it was constantly a struggle. I would kindly suggest to the owner to consider replacing that door before it becomes a liability (I smashed my finger in there once and it immediately turned purple from impact). The slider door within the bedroom that also led to the balcony worked a lot better. The other minor disturbance was the dishwasher. It washed dishes but there was a slight annoyance with the drawers/racks in that they didn’t pull in/out easily, as if they weren’t the right size for the dishwasher. These were just two small setbacks. Everything else was great. The owners communicated very well and were prompt in responding. We even utilized the free bike rental one day, so we were grateful to hear the additional features that were provided along with the condo. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was also a valuable asset to our family. We would stay in this unit and/or building again.

Great location! Condo could use a little updating. New carpet and a good cleaning of the tile. Feet were dirty if we didn’t wear flip flops. Other than those couple things, it was a great place to stay!

Great location but unit was not the best

Great location- could walk to lots of restaurants and stores. Management was easy to work with and we’re very accommodating but unit needs to be updated. Older appliances and refrigerator made noise all the time. The sliding glass door was very difficult to open. Could use more accessories in the kitchen. There were only 5 forks and only one frying pan. Pot was barely big enough to boil spaghetti. The patio furniture was very old and the rugs in bedrooms really need a good cleaning. Could be a great place with some updates and some TLC.. We made the best of it and still had a great time.
