3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathroom condo with oversized oceanfront balcony, association elevator and 1 reserved parking space. Comfortable furniture and thoughtful guest amenities throughout make this condo the perfect home away from home for your beach vacation. Highlights include memory foam mattresses, remote work thoughtful (HDMI ports on nightstands), computer monitor with HDMI input and bidets.

Primary Bedroom – King mattress, Flatscreen TV, Ensuite bathroom and private sliding door balcony access. The primary bedroom includes a desk and office amenities - perfect for remote workers!

Second Bedroom – Double Mattresses with flatscreen TV and an oversized walk through closet and connected ensuite jack and jill bathroom.

Third Bedroom – Queen mattress and flatscreen TV.

Hallway Bathroom – Off the hallway across from the kitchen is a hallway bathroom that is a jack and jill to the Second Bedroom.

Kitchen – Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and fully stocked with cooking essentials for your convenience. Dining room table with seating for 6 and bonus breakfast bar seating.

Living Room – Entering the condo down the hallway past the Kitchen you will notice the large oceanfront view of the gulf! The Living room has a plush leather sofa and two chairs plus a flat screen TV. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games and books for our guests!

Laundry Room – Washer and Dryer in unit for guest convenience.

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 1 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 1 above parking garage
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
