  • This newly furnished two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo features stunning views of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day in the sun. The open-concept living and dining areas lead directly to a private Gulf-front balcony, perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and sunsets. The condo features tile flooring throughout and an updated kitchen equipped with modern appliances. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, as well as a coffee maker and toaster for your convenience.
    The master bedroom boasts a king bed, dresser, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a large window with stunning beach views. A sliding glass door provides direct access to the private balcony. The guest bedroom includes two double beds, a chest of drawers, Smart TV, and a wall closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to six guests. Our friendly staff is available to assist with any needs or requests during your stay. Located directly across the street from John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, you’ll be steps away from shops, cafés, restaurants, and fishing charters. Coin/Card operated washers and dryers are available on each floor. This is a non-smoking accommodation.

Amazing Beach front Vacay

This was perfect location to be beach front. Multiple trips to condo and back to beach. We lived in swimsuits while there. Easy access to food and shopping just across the street. We LOVED the location!

Relaxing get away

Really enjoyed the condo! The location was perfect with so much to do close by. The beautiful beach was just steps away. I spent every evening sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. It was perfect!!

Madeira Beach Adventure

I have rented condos on Madeira Beach for quite a few years. The view from any Gulf facing condos provides a million dollar view, as did this particular Sandy Shores condo. Although sadly, this condo was in the worst shape as any I have rented. However, it could be a lovely condo, but as it is I would not use it again.

Disappointed in the outdated non cleanliness of Condo.

Very poor, out dated not comfortable condo. Was not worth 1000.00 for 3 nights. Impression, owner just wants the $$ does not care about the condition of his/her property.

Great location/ ok for everything else

The location of this condo is amazing!! Right on the beach, balcony overlooking the pool. Parking spot for this unit is under the condos in the shade so that’s a plus for loading and unloading. A couple things i definitely recommend, a thorough cleaning, you can tell the unit hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. It definitely needs one. There is 4 total towels in the unit it definitely needs more along with some sort of bathroom accessories ( rug, toothbrush holders etc) overall location is great being walking distance to restaurants and bars but the place definitely needs to be ran through, stocked and cleaned.

Needs better cleaning process

The place is nice but who ever is cleaning doing bad job. Small flies all over lot things still dirty . We spent the first day cleaning . Had to buy bug spray to get rid flies ended up using two cans bug spray . Also had to go buy more paper towel to clean . All surfaces dirty kitchen lit grease build up on counters and cabinets

Unit was very dated and dirty

All floors in the unit were cracked and chipped and dirty. Both toilets had to be repaired during a 2 night stay. Neither was fixed 100%. The outside shower when coming in from the beach was broken twice. One burner on the stove was totally rusted out.

The whole place was not good,

Not happy with kitchen foset , the furniture was nasty, out side balcony was so bad all the chairs were women out and broke, the floor was very nasty,I was supposed to have gotten 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. That’s in my paper work , I have it! For the money we paid not good at all. I will never go there again!!

Needs attention

The unit was old and grungy. There were fruit flies all over the unit and we had to go get something ourselves to help with the infestation. We called the office and they said they would send someone but nobody came. We tried to contact the host and he never responded. We were really looking forward to the weekend but it fell short. The only thing that it had going was the view and location.
