  • This newly remodeled Villa Madeira condo is a large north corner unit that has a screened in balcony facing the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect spot for viewing the sunset and dolphins swimming. There is access from both the living area and the primary bedroom to the balcony. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with the comforts of home. 3 Bedrooms/2 Full Bathrooms. Equipped with a washer and dryer as well as internet and cable. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking and no pet property.

    Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of 50 units; all units face west and have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private screened in balcony. Directly across the street from Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen. St Johns Pass and Treasure Island are a short walk where you’ll find shopping, dining, fishing and boating. There are restaurants and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this condo. Direct beach access, a refreshing outdoor pool, close proximity to major attractions and miles of beaches right at your fingertips; this is a true beach vacation!

Absolutely loved this place. Condo was excellent, lacked nothing. Clean, comfortable, walked out on beach or into pool. Close local restaurants, stores. My new favorite beach destination.

This 3 bedroom-2 bath floor plan worked great for us. Very roomy and clean. We really enjoyed meals and beach/water view from the screened-in balcony. Host was quick to respond to questions.

This rental was awesome! The house was beautiful and clean. The porch has a great view of the Gulf and sunsets. The porch is screened in which was a nice touch. Cyndi, the host, was the best to work with. She was very organized with check in/check out instructions and easy to chat with. This property is maintained very well and we had no issues. We will definitely rent this place again when we come back to Madeira Beach

This was an amazing place. It’s was clean and stocked with all the necessities. We had everything we needed. The beds and couches were comfortable and it fit a family of 4 perfectly. The views from our balcony were beautiful and beach was truly just down the stairs. We were in walking distance to tons of restaurants and had plenty to do! Cindy was so easy to communicate with. She left great instructions and we had no issues with check in or check out. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Beach Location!In a few seconds, you are on the white-sand beach. The condo had all the basics and a whole trove of beach supplies. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was spacious, clean, and very accommodating. Cyndi was great to work with and checking in and out was a cinch.

Everything was wonderful. There are no tvs in rhe bedrooms, which for some coule be an issue. We wpuld book again in an instant.

We had a dream of a vacation at this condo! The unit was clean and the location could not be beat. The view of the Gulf was beautiful and the furniture in the condo and on the screened-in balcony was in great shape. We walked down the beach to dinner (just a few buildings away!) and grabbed ice cream across the street at Candy Kitchen more than once. The pool was wonderful and we were very impressed with how well the building was maintained. Parking was great in the garage under the building—really convenient and kept the car cool since it was shaded. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

A beautiful condo in a fantastic location! It’s conveniently close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and more. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the necessary kitchen items and appliances.The beach is absolutely gorgeous—clean, peaceful, and much less crowded than St. Pete or Clearwater, which made it even more enjoyable. The host Cyndi was super friendly and responsive which helped make our stay that much better. My daughter loved it so much that we’ve already booked our stay again for next year’s spring break!The host Cindi was great and responsive

We stayed here for spring break and had an amazing stay. Check in was easy, the place was clean and comfortable and communication was top notch! Would definitely stay here again!

One thing to note to the owner was that the shower in the main bathroom leaks onto the floor when showering. I just taped a trash bag at the bottom to keep the water inside the basin. Other than that, I would choose this place again in a heartbeat!!!!! Great StayThanks for a Great Stay!!!Larry

Everything was as described, very clean and accommodating. Check in for keys was super easy. Beds were very comfortable. Washer/dryer was a plus. Pool was beautiful and the beach was great also. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and coolers all there for use. Beautiful views- dolphins in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Communication A too.

This condo was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and the beach access was amazing. We will definitely be planning another stay at this location soon. The host was more than helpful and checked in on us multiple times. This was a great experience!

My kids and I enjoyed spring break at this renovated unit. Perfect location, right on the beach, ice cream shop across the street...couldn't have asked for a better week!
