Surf Song #225 - Warm and inviting with a tropical feel, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Surf Song Resort is ready for your vacation memories. Close to beaches, heated pool, BBQ facilities, this newly renovated condo is also across the street for popular John's Pass Village. Free Wifi. Please note there is no phone in this condo. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Inside, guests will enjoy an open living space, with new furnishings and flat screened television. The updated kitchen includes new countertops, and appliances and fully stocked with utensils needed for your stay.

The master bathroom has a queen sized bed, television and plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. The colorful second bathroom has two twin beds, television and perfect for families with children. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit, so simply pack your clothes and toothbrush!

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Once you step out the front door, you will immediately within steps to all the amenities Surf Song offers. Especially popular with guests is John's Pass Village. This is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Great location.

Unit could use some updating. Beds especially. Location of the complex was perfection. Would stay at surf song again. Might just choose a different unit. Also, don’t know if it’s standard or not but for a week stay there was nothing in the unit as far as any toiletries or extra garbage bags, paper towels. Ect. Nothing. Kinda disappointing.

Having a spot right on the water was so great! The property is older, but kept up nicely. I wished our unit would have had a few beach towels and chairs. We ended up having to purchase these things while we were there. As far as our unit, it worked great for our family of 4. The sofas could use a refresh. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected

We didn’t need anything fancy and wanted beachfront. The pool and sitting areas were great and we were right on the beach. Perfect for people who care more about beaching and exploring but room was perfectly fine to relax and eat in and spend time, too. Having 2 bathrooms was GREAT!

Fabulous for a family of 4

We loved our week at this property. The 2BR-2BA unit was clean and happy. Nice decor and all the kitchen stuff we needed. The property was like an old Florida motel, in a good way. Well maintained, nice palm trees and flowers, picnic tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs for sunning. Gorgeous views, we walked barefoot from our unit right into the white sands of the beach every day. We would have loved to have a patio, but liked that our front door opened up to a sitting area with gorgeous views. (I chopped veggies for our Thanksgiving dinner out there). Our kids loved the heated pool, and so did we (though the hot tub corner of the pool wasn’t working) We liked the convenience of cooking breakfast and lunch at “home” and walking over to restaurants at John’s Pass. The price was right too. We will be back!

Very, Quiet and Convenient to local shopping and restaurants

Front desk staff did and excellent job. Willing to work with you helping with various tasks. Cable required repairs made as quickly as possible through cable company. They notified them and set things up for the repairs. Very pleasant and accommodating ladies that had great personalities, unit was very clean and well stocked with expected supplies and more. Towels and wash clothes were “bright and clean.”. I would highly recommend the SunHost Resorts to anyone looking for a place to stay on their vacation. Not the newest building on the road but certainly one that meets all the needs you could have for a restful and peaceful stay. The only issues we had was deciding where to eat and how to not over eat. 😊

Plumbing Woes

The toilets backed up in the unit that we were staying. The dishwasher was broken with stagnant water standing creating a foul smelling odor. Also there were some type of bugs and/or insects in the sheets/carpet in the master. We came home with all kinds of bites.

Can not recommend the property highly enough. Well managed and has everything you need. Buying a property in the area. If they had a 2 bedroom unit for sale my real estate agent would be working on the paperwork now.

Great location in town. Although the buildings are a little dated, everything was well kept and clean. We enjoyed the beach and John's Pass as well as the other nearby stores and restaurants. The condo is well equipped and comfortable for 4 people.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved staying in Unit 225! It has everything a family needs for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was completely stocked with utensils and dishes, and the furnishings were gorgeous. Nice, clean, and bright unit. We'll be back for sure!
