The views from the deck to watch sunrise. The unit was on the first floor which made a very convenient to get down to the pool which could also be seen when sitting on the deck. The property is located right next door to the Publix grocery store.It's also very convenient to walk to a number of places including John's pass if you're looking for a bit of a longer walk. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again! be seen from the deck. Location

Having a view the inland waterway from the living room and the covered deck was one of the best parts of my stay at this clean, comfortable condo. I’m an early riser, so I caught the sunrise twice in my 4 mornings, and then all I had to do for a beautiful morning walk in the beach was cross the street. There are well marked pedestrian crosswalks to navigate the very busy Gulf d. Having the Publix right next door was most convenient!!

We were in town for a wedding in St. Pete Beach and this location was perfect at less than ten minutes away. The condo was situated perfectly and very cozy. The grocery store was literally steps away. The views of the intercostal were both entertaining and relaxing. I would stay again.

Only a slight partial view of ocean. The other view was of a trashed deck. Master toilet did not work…empty of water. Blinds in 2nd bedroom wouldn’t work and there was an outside security light shining in with no privacy. After them holiday I contacted them and everything was repaired. But why weren’t these obvious things reported by cleaning crew so the place was ready for guests?

Golf trip to the Gulf and stayed at the beach. Great location close to everything. Very spacious and great views of the waterway. Very clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend!

The property is out dated.Pool area was dirty every day.Refrigerator didn’t work well,property management sent someone over immediately to fix.but we’d already lost over $100 in groceries and didn’t get a refund.Outside smells like sewer.

The property is on the best location. The Publix is right next door, as is the trolley stop. The beach is literally right across the street. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings, just taking in the view and watching the dolphins jump.

4 days before vacation, I was made aware we would not have access to patio or hot tub and we could have a full refund. This did not allow enough time to secure another place to stay, so we had to stay there. They offered 20% off before we got there. The construction going on was very disruptive. I understand there are safety issues, but we weren't able to open any window or the sliding glass door to get fresh air. They started working every day at 8am, therefore, the pounding and drilling woke us up. They also didn't get done until after 5 pm every. You couldnt relax at the pool due to the pounding and drilling, even with ear buds in. Everyone at the pool was also complaining about the disruption and noise. Many people we talked to got 40 or 50% off of their stay for the inconvenience. I am only being offered 20% even after letting them know what went on. Overall very disappointing experience.
