Perfect for couples seeking a peaceful escape, this cozy studio features a comfortable king-size bed and a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for easy breakfasts before the beach or quiet nights in. Located in the heart of Pass-A-Grille, you’re just around the corner from 8th Avenue’s shops and restaurants, with Brass Monkey Restaurant and a coffee and ice cream shop right next door—no car required.

To maintain a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment for all guests, the property is non-smoking and pet-free. A signed rental contract and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in. Guests should note that stairs are required to access the balcony and shared exterior amenities, including a washer and dryer located on the second level. For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras record audio and video 24/7. Street-permitted parking is provided for one vehicle; while vehicle information may be submitted in advance and receipt confirmed, the vehicle is not considered registered for parking until registration is explicitly confirmed on the day of arrival.

Host was welcoming. They did a great job with the place after the hurricane. Out of the units we saw there, this was the nicest. Had a full size refrigerator and 4 burner cooktop and oven. Very conveniently located to the restaurants and main area to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay there again.

Great beach location

I have stayed several times in this property. It is a great location and has great amenities needed for a vacation. My last stay I didn’t get a response for a clogged sink, but this time I received a phone call checking to make sure everything was good. That was welcomed!

Too expensive for the value received

Not enough instructions, can't use the coffee maker because you did not specify it was using pods instead of regular coffee. Can't use the TV, it shows only one channel and without closed captions. The floor rug was dirty and old. The towels were rough. Needed fabric softener. The entrance is depressing. The parking is not a given, if you left it during the day, you don't have one when you come back to the property! Except it was beach front it was expensive for the value received! It is better to stay at a hotel!

Clean Place Amenities fell way short

Beautiful condo, location is perfect. Very clean which we appreciated. We knew the size was small since we have stayed in the condo building before however since this is one if not the most expensive ones to rent we expected nicer amenities. We received 2 beach towels, both so old they had stains and were scratchy. The beach chairs were stained and rusted where the other condo units around us had really nice ones. The umbrella was broke, there were only 3 glasses, 3 spoons, you were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper, just really cheap items. For the money you spend on this size condo, the amenities needed to be better. Also, you are on the first floor, so whenever the neighbor above you wakes up, you wake up.

This was a perfect location. Walking distance to everything we wanted or needed. 4 days without getting in the car. Clean and comfortable. Easy. Priced well. Beach and Pass-A-Grille are amazing!

Great location with easy beach access

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This very nicely decorated and very clean unit appears to have been newly renovated. There is very easy access to the beach directly across the street. Beautiful views of the sunset and Gulf right from the private balcony for the building. No need to go anywhere to watch the sunsets because there is nothing blocking your view. Very nice, quiet location in Pass-a-Grille and very close to some good restaurants. I would recommend this place to anybody and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the manager of the property also for answering any questions I had about parking. He very quickly cleared up any confusion I had when it came to the parking situation. We loved it here!

Studio Apt on The Beach

This is an updated studio+ apt right across the street from the beach in Pass a Grille. The room is clean and modern with full kitchen, and laundry room. The rental agency was quick to reach out to me to manage the required paperwork and answer question about the parking (you get registered with the city so you can park in the street). I was a bit nervous about the noise being next to a bar and grille but had no issues. for 1 person or a couple, this is a nice place.

Tech challenge

Property excellent location for beach, shops, restaurants. Parking info unclear. No directions on operating: TV, ceiling fan, A/C. Self discovered that there are Seven remote controls. Takes Two to operate TV. One to operate ceiling fan & light. One to operate AC. Unknown what other Three remotes operate. Room is large with full kitchen + laundry in walk-in closet. Surprised to find beach chairs & beach umbrellas and even a fishing rod. Classify bed as Soft. Not really kid friendly, as no pool or play area. But great for adults- next to clubs. And around corner from SeaHorse!

Beautiful spot right on the beach

I went with a friend to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary with my late husband. Just so happened to be during spring break. Thankfully this spot was sweet and quiet! There are quite a few bars/restaurants within walking distance and a cute little shop with the sweetest owner who went out of her way giving us a ride in the rain. The beach was perfect and had a little tiki bar right there! The only thing that could’ve made our stay better was if we had more than one sunny day while there! I’d absolutely come back to this spot. Just wish I could with my kids, but I have too many for this accommodation. ;)

Delightful 1 night stopover

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight at Passe A Grille. The room layout utilized space very nicely and the bed was very comfortable! The upper deck had a great view of the gulf with nice chairs and tables.

Perfect little get-a-way

Beautiful place right across the road from the beach! Beautiful sunsets every night! All the amenities you need to include good parking. Most everything was within walking distance and a great ice cream place next door.

Location Location Location

The location is excellent, the neighbors friendly and the unit clean with nice attention to detail in the recent remodel. The bed is comfortable but be aware it is a Murphy bed to optimize space in the unit. When I checked in, all went smoothly although the parking pass wasn’t available. The team was quick to respond to my call and a new parking pass was delivered within an hour. Pass-a-Grille is hands down my favorite beach in the area and I would consider renting here again.
