¡IMAGEN PERFECTA! Fantásticas vistas desde los 3 balcones !!

  • Bellamente decorado condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con 3 balcones. Ventanas en cada habitación (cada una con una gran vista!). Observe la salida del sol y el tráfico de botes en el canal intracostero mientras se relaja en el balcón este (frente al Master Bdrm). Disfrute del almuerzo o la cena en el amplio balcón del norte (fuera de la cocina). Admire la puesta de sol sobre el Golfo mientras disfruta de una copa de vino en el balcón oeste (junto a la sala de estar).

    La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimera de granito, barra de desayuno, despensa, luces empotradas y moderno ventilador de techo.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King, un gran armario, televisión de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. El baño principal tiene dos lavabos y una espaciosa ducha de pie remodelada.

    El dormitorio de invitados es amplio con 2 camas queen, un gran armario y una televisión de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD. El baño de invitados tiene un combo de bañera / ducha.

    La sala de estar está muy bien amueblada con un sofá cama, 2 sillas reclinables, un televisor de pantalla plana y una chimenea eléctrica con calor, ¡en caso de que haga frío!

    Otras comodidades incluyen Wi-Fi GRATUITO, lavadora y secadora grandes en la unidad, libros, juegos, toallas de playa, sillas de playa y sombrillas disponibles para su uso.

    Características del exterior: Asignado espacio de estacionamiento cubierto incluido con un montón de estacionamiento para huéspedes disponible. Loved this place! Spacious unit and the balconies all have great space and views. The beds are very comfortable and the AC keeps the entire space cool. The building is great and has convenient bathrooms right off the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

This is a wonderful property and John and Linda are great hosts. The condo is clean and fresh with great furnishings and decor. There's a Kurig coffee maker that brews pots of coffee or individual cups using the pods, very versatile. Views are fantastic from the balconies and black out curtains in the bedrooms completely block street lights from Gulf Blvd at night. A fantastic place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great family vacation

Overall we had a great stay. Had to replace some batteries because light controls and some tv remotes were dead but other than that, this location had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

Spring break

My family stayed in this condo over spring break. The owners were great to work with, we loved the location of the unit. My daughter enjoyed walking to the local ice cream and candy shop! Would recommend this condo.

I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years, but this one was absolutely perfect, no notes!!! Great value too. The host has thought of everything: beach stuff, stocked kitchen for cooking, even a fishing rod, which my son enjoyed using to fish off a pier. Organized & responsive, this host is also gracious and kind. Loved the three patios, ocean views, gas fireplace and TVs in every room. Comfy beds as well! So grateful!

Wonderful condo

The condo had lots of space for everyone to spread out. There were 3 balconies to enjoy. The owners were wonderful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. This is our 3rd year staying in one of their condos they are terrific.

This was just the perfect place. Comfortable beds. Great location. Very clean. Could not have asked for anythjng more. Host was just wonderful all the way around! Everything is convenient. If you are debating on staying here don’t think another minute. It is home away from home!

This was the third time we have stayed in Linda and John's condo, and everything is always wonderful. Linda is so incredible to work with, and the condo has everything you could possibly need on vacation! The condo is incredibly clean, well furnished, and has a number of amenities that are truly appreciated. Even though the area is still undergoing a bit of clean up from last year's hurricane, there are still a large number of places to eat and shop. Indian Shores is like a second home for us, and we look forward to staying in this condo again!

Relaxing vacation

It was as me and my husbands first vacation as “empty nesters” and we had a great time together in this clean, comfortable and spacious condo. The condo has every amenity that you would need on vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, quiet and great view from all three balconies. The owners were very nice and made communicating with them so easy. It was a pleasure that we even got to meet them and they brought us muffins from a nearby bakery. I would highly recommend this condo.

Exceptional service!

My husband and I have stayed at Beach cottages in the past. This was our first time in John and Linda’s unit. The condo was beautiful and we really enjoy the 3 balconies. The most impressive part in our opinion was the communication with Linda. The check in instructions were clear and the prompt response to any questions was much appreciated! Thank you for sharing your property with us. We will certainly be back!

July review

This is such a spacious and clean unit. The owners provide their cell phone number allowing open communication all week with the renters. Keyless entry to room and beach makes for seamless transitions throughout the day. The large pool deck allows ample space for cookouts and safe views of the kids while adults relax. Close walk to fun, food, drinks, etc and short drive to Clearwater for fun. Also close range to multiple airports to ensure the most reasonable flights are accessible. Plenty of beach gear is provided and the beds are SO comfy! Loved all of the views from each balcony for whatever mood you're in- reading, people watching, sunrise, or sunset. The balcony off the master also offers views of the channel where you can see dolphins throughout the day. We visit the same area annually and this year we encountered sting rays and manatees in waist-deep water. Amazing experience for adults and the kids.

Great Unit, Great Hosts

We had a last minute change of plans since we always go to Sanibel Island for Thanksgiving with family. Linda went above and beyond to answer all of my initial questions about the area, the unit, and eased me in to this big change for my family. Her unit is gorgeous and immaculately kept. The beds were super comfy. plenty of pool/beach items, kitchen had basics for cooking like spices as well as a ton of pots/pans. While we hope we can return to Sanibel next year, if we can't, I will 100% be reaching out to Linda again.

Best time ever

This condo is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay. The home is equipped to the fullest. We had all we needed and more. The owners are very attentive and made sure we didn’t need anything. The condo is clean and decorated beautifully. We will Definitely stay here again. Thank you Linda and John.
