  • Come enjoy your best beach life! Enjoy this direct beach front Gulf pent house condo with breathtaking views of the beach, ocean and sunsets. Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and enough sleeping accommodations for 6. Create your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Built in 2004, elevator and stairs, and guest parking (two spots) available under the building. Condo is completely smoke-free (inside, outside on the balcony, and at the pool). Under new ownership as of November 2018.

    Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the white sand beach and sparkling Gulf waters and end the evening with a beautiful sunset. This will be your private vacation oasis. Relax by the heated pool and jacuzzi or walk right out to the beach. Condo is close to anything you could need or want. Shopping, dinning, grocery stores, entertainment, parks and trails are all just seconds to minutes away. Relax in this private executive level home with the amenities and conveniences you would expect.

    A bright unit with skylights in the entryway, granite countertops throughout, full size stacked washer and dryer, and stainless steel appliances. Ceramic tile and wood floors throughout. Enjoy cable TV and stay connected with WiFi. It’s the perfect option for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or refuge from the cold weather. We are confident our condo will exceed your expectations.

Great Stay!

My entire extended family and my immediate family stayed in condos at this location. The flow and view were amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the beach amenities were a great add! We hope to come stay again!

A nice place to stay

This condo has everything you need and the location is terrific. The view of the beach and sunsets from the balcony is fantastic! Being able to park under the building is a feature to appreciate when it rains, or on hot, sunny days. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beachfront stay

My wife and and I stayed here with our daughter and son in law over New Years and had a great stay. Perfect location at a relatively quiet spot on the beach with little road traffic as well. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Week stay

We do a fair bit of traveling but this condo had the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed. Location was great. We will defiantly stay there next January and are keeping our fingers crossed that it's available.

Perfect vacation

Stayed here for one week in March. Condo was clean, and stocked with everything you could need. Saw great sunsets from here. Very close to the beach. This is a quiet and comfortable area. Highly recommend.

Wonderful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed and then some! The owner is very generous with supplies, which we greatly appreciated! Views are perfect, beds so comfortable - it’s just an ideal, restful spot with easy access to ever location that we wanted to visit! We hope to stay again!

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is great and gets shade until about 12. The beach is just steps away. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and water pressure in the shower was great!! Hopefully we will get to stay here again.
