We found the property to be clean, excellent location, property manager to be quite helpful and effficient, and the beach access was superb. Probably needs a new patio table as the one there is quite cracked.

Great Location - Great Condo

Awesome vacation

Great Condo with a beautiful view!

We had a great vacation!. The condo is in a very good location and the property is well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing! Very clean and nicely decorated unit. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants. A very short walk to the beach!

Great unit with stellar ocean views. My friend and I differ from a lot of guests as we like to cook in a lot rather than dining out. The kitchen is not as well equipped as we are used to and like, but we made things work

Visit was as great as the memories

We loved it. Our mom and dad stayed in the same condo for about 20 years..we had not been there in nine years. One sister turns 70 this year. so the other two sisters decided it was time for us all to go back an celebrate! It was perfect. FYI the toaster did not work, we had to hold down the lever.

Great location and view! But weird smell.

The place had some great views! Easy access to the beach which was perfect. I had to give it 4 stars because the cleaning product used in the condo was horrible! The smell took over the fridge where if you put anything in there it would smell or taste like it. The floors were coated with a cleaner and extremely slick and dangerous. Did not go away but next day so we had to get it up. The rest of the place just stayed smelling this horrible cleaner/toxic smell. Had to keep windows and doors open 24/7. We would love to return but that would be a deal breaker in the future.

What a view!!!

We had the best time!!! We’ve stayed at different units at Vistas on the Gulf before and this is by far our favorite! The unit was very clean, well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! The office staff are great if you run out of supplies or have any questions during your stay. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!

Family vacation

We have stayed at Vistas many times; this was our first time going with our daughter and grandchildren. Our unit was terrific, and the facilities are wonderful. The only unpleasantness was the presence of a loud, drunken group staying in the unit above us the first few days and their fighting and late night screaming the first couple of days. They were scary! If they hadn’t left, we might have.

Right on the beach!

Our stay was great , its aways great to have 2 bedrooms. There were beach chairs and a small cooler to use. Location was perfect. The room is accessible by elevator which came in very handy this trip. If I HAD to make a suggestion it would be to upgrade the washer / dryer and relocate it to the hall closet.

Relaxing time at Belle Vista

We were a party of three and we were there to relax. The apt was the perfect size with good amenities. As we do not have children we booked a bit early in the year. We have already reserved our stay for next year the last week of April. The staff that cares for the complex were nice people and very helpful. It seems to the perfect location for visiting Pass A Grille and St Pete Beach. We cooked in sometimes and also went out. The third story view of the water and beach were perfect with the water being only a couple hundred feet walk from our building. Overall a good time was had by all. We are so glad we found this place and came home very relaxed.

Beautiful view

Vista end unit had a perfect view of the beach.The updated kitchen was great but bathrooms would be safer with updated showers not tubs.Our unit was very quiet and the large deck private.Wonderful views of the sunset.Like a private oasis in the midst of a hectic coastal area!
