You will see striking sunrises and Boca Ciega Bay from your private 25 foot balcony with access from every room located on the sixth floor (7 stories up). With only 39 units in this property, you can rest assured a day at the large beach side pool will be calm and relaxing. Pool area includes a hut tub, cabana, lounge chairs, showers, bathrooms, grills. Grab some beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs & Toys, even a cooler (all provided) and head off to the virtually private beach for a day of fun in the sun, steps from your home away from home. At the end of the day, come relax in your large master suite with Memory foam King bed and private ensuite with a multi spray shower. The guest suite also boasts a comfortable queen bed and has it's own bath just off the room with a multi spray shower. This is an ideal vacation destination for multiple families or couples traveling together. Enjoy cooking in your fully equipped gourmet kitchen with purified water includes in suite laundry room. The entire unit is equipped with a water softener for your health and convenience, you don’t need to use as much soap as you do with hard water, you're going to love how it feels. Wireless internet, Cable, and Netflix are available on all 3 large screen 4K HD cable TV's for your enjoyment. Nationwide calling including Canada is also part of your package. On site parking and a lobby with luggage & shopping carts to help you get your belongings up to your condo are readily available as well. Seating that reclines, a 60' & 2 50' 4K HD TV, wireless internet, Board Games are just some of the comforts this vacation property includes. The unit has a coded entry so no key required to enter the unit, breakfast bar as well as dinning area. All the blinds in the condo are automatic, just push a button and privacy is almost instant, press it again in the morning and let the sunshine in!

This newly renovated state of the art vacation rental is in the heart of it all. Just south of Park Blvd near the Seacoast Bird Sanctuary (admission is always FREE), you and your kids are going to love it! You're within walking distance to parks, tennis courts, breakfast & coffee shops. Ice cream (Candy Kitchen), pizza (Beach Pizza), and convenience stores are just to name a few. Gulf Blvd is a hot spot for entertainment, shopping, eating to simply strolling and sight seeing. Our favorite restaurant, the Salt Rock Grill is only .9 miles away and has excellent food. Make your way to John's Pass to experience fantastic waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions, only 5 minutes south. Fifteen minutes north and you are at Clearwater Beach, here you will find award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from the movie “Dolphin Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away, Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Leave the car at home when exploring the local area, we have the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs right outside your door and for only 5 dollars you can jump on and off all day. Travel from Clearwater beach to St. Pete's Beach and all stops in between. The trolley run's every 20 to 30 minutes from 5 am through10:10 pm; or until midnight on Friday's and Saturday's. It even has free WIFI, a total of 20.7 miles each way. The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break or a much needed summer vacation. Very Nice Condo

This Condo was very nice, we really enjoyed our stay. George & Raffi will take great care of you if you need anything. They made the checking in and out process a breeze. It was easy to get to the pool and beach. Loved sitting on the deck drinking our morning coffee. Location was great. I would give it a 10

Excellent!

Our family had a fantastic week together at San Remo (604)! The apartment was clean and well-equipped with all we needed and more (all the usuals plus beach chairs, coolers, beach blanket, umbrella). Perfect size place for our family of four adults. Beautifully decorated. The location was excellent for us as we love quieter, less crowded areas. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Loved the locker downstairs where we could conveniently pick up chairs and umbrella on our way out to the beach and put them away before heading back upstairs. San Remo is perfectly situated on the gulf side of Gulf Boulevard. The only thing between the apartment building and the beach is the San Remo pool - genius! Very nice views of the gulf and the bay from the private balcony. George and Raffi were very helpful. The check-in process is super easy as they issued us a code we could use upon arrival - no one to check in with onsite - just let yourself in. Great setup. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

The condo was clean upon our arrival. It came with everything we needed in the kitchen and had plenty of bath, kitchen, and beach towels. Our view of the ocean and bay was perfect. The walk to the beach was short and the pool area was always clean with plenty of chairs to lay out. The decor was very modern and suitable for the destination. We loved how this condo had plenty of comfortable seating for us in the living room, this was a first for us as normally there isn't enough seating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Raffi and George!

Amazing condo in a great location!

This is our second time staying in this unit and we’ve also stayed at other units in this building in the past. We can’t say enough good things about the location and this unit is our favorite! We love the features and upgrades of this condo. Comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and nice details included such as paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. We loved that the owners provided beach towels and a closet full of beach chairs/gear. The condo was very clean. The pool is fabulous with a nice shaded area and it was never crowded. We love staying in Redington Shores for how nice the beach is and easy driving distance to Clearwater and Tampa, but the beach feels relaxing and not crowded. The elevator in the building works but it is very slow! George contacted us before check in and was very accommodating when we arrived early! Overall, we had an awesome trip and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great view of the Gulf and intercoastal on the patio balcony. Beds were comfortable and Owners responded right away when there were A/C issues. Loved the location right off the beach with pool & hot tub.

The warmth of luxury

I loved this condo. It is in the perfect location on the beach; which made it easy to get anywhere quickly. It was, also, wonderful to have your own beach access with the pool in the middle. It made it easy to wash off your feet & beach gear; which you could stow away in a closet located on the bottom level. I enjoyed not carrying everything up amd down 6 flights. The actual condo had everything you would need; including an amazing shower. I personally love that the unit had a water softener and that everything was up to date. I look forward to visiting again and making this the usual place to stay.

Excellent time at the beach

Overall, wonderful stay! The location was perfect for us and the condo actually looked like the pictures. The beach was not too crowded and the town had everything we wanted or needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. Our son found other kids to play with and the people we interacted with were very friendly. The place was super nice and clean. The pool was great and there were lots of chairs. The condo comes with beach chairs and toys, which was wonderful. The best part was not having to clean up prior to leaving (beyond the normal clean up).

Wonderful views from the oversized balcony

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The remote control blinds were a very nice touch. The view from the large balcony of the intercostal and gulf is breath taking. The host was very friendly, available and helpful. We will definitely be booking this condo in the future.

Great place and even better hosts.

While we vacationed during the nation’s coldest stretch…we greatly appreciated the unit as we spent a great deal of time in it. Check in was a breeze. When the hot tub and pool heater went out…our host was very communicative and supported our questions. We would definitely recommend this place. Balcony has great views. Proximity to the beach was remarkably close. Many memories with our family were made thanks to the hospitality we were provided.

Great Getaway!

We spent four short days at the beach, but we made the best of it by staying here! We arrived as Tropical Storm Iris was moving out, so we had an evening to enjoy a local brewery and restaurant. By the next day it had cleared up, and we were having coffee on the balcony, walking the beach, swimming in the pool, and lounging in the hot tub. We kept asking, "Why don't we live here?" We spent the weekend with family celebrating a wedding in St. Pete, and always enjoyed getting back to our condo to relax or enjoy the beach. It's close to so many things to do and places to visit, but you can choose to stay right there and just enjoy the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect spot on beach away from hustle & bustle

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay and enjoy the beach along with the pool while being away from the hustle & bustle at Clearwater beach. Loved that there were people around on the beach near the condo but not too many where it still felt very quaint and relaxing.

Reddington Shores Penthouse

Awesome!!! Condo is equipped with everything you need. Furnishings are fresh,comfortable and inviting. The area had lots of restaurants with a variety of choices on the menus. Beach is also very clean. We has a great vacation.

Redington Shores Vacation

Our vacation at this property in Redington Shores was excellent! This property was updated and had plenty of room. Excellent Kitchen, living area. Great views, and space and the owners were easy, and friendly. Perfect area for peace and quiet. Excellent restaurants. We had a perfect vacation and will definately return!
