Luxurious, Fully Equipped, 5th Floor Condo with Breathtaking Views of Gulf/Bay

The Sunrise Resort is a luxurious condo resort where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay from your private balcony in the back of the resort and stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your sitting area in the front of the building. In addition to the views, you can relax and enjoy a cool dip in the large swimming pool in the back of the resort or take a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi. There is also a tennis court, two shuffleboard courts and a large gazebo area where you can barbeque on the grills provided and even enjoy your dinner under the gazebo. There is plenty to do at the Sunrise Resort or you can just sit on your balcony and enjoy the dolphin and manatee playing. Unit 504 is fully equipped with 3 TV's, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and full-size fridge and incredibly well decorated. Towels, beach towels and linens are provided.

Great condo in an extremely convenient location. Well maintained and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful (manatee and dolphin sightings everyday). The amenities were plentiful. Ken was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Clean Modern Condo

This Condo is fabulous, a Home away from home . It is very well presented just like the Photos , it was so clean and had plenty of amenities within . The owners communication was 10/10, checking in with us before and during our stay to make sure all was ok and if we needed any assistance. The view from the balcony was amazing with beautiful sunrises , and also the view over to the gulf from the front was stunning . We saw Manatees and Dolphins during our Stay . My husband loved the deck so he could fish . Overall our stay was wonderful and we recommend this property 100% and we will definitely return in the near future

Beautiful condo

The condo was wonderful. It suited our needs and it was really nice to have 2 bathrooms. The view from the back porch was stunning. We visited the pool and hot tob every day and it was very clean. The condo was across the street from the beach and very convenient to many nice restaurants. WE had a great time.

Great Condo

This is the best rental property we have stayed in. Great location. Beautifully decorated. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the condo. We saw manatees, a sand shark and a dolphin while we were sitting on the balcony. Overall a great experience!

Wonderful holiday apartment

Great Experience at Sunrise

We had a great stay at this condo! The unit is very well kept, clean, quiet and comfortable. All communications were super easy with the owner as well as the cleaning service. The location is convenient to everything within St Pete Beach, and only a short drive to get downtown. We loved the beautiful sunrise views from the back balcony, and of course the sunset views on the Gulf were stunning. We even caught the dolphins and manatee having a great time out back! I hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Sunrise Resort-Ste Pete Beach

This unit was nice for our get away. A perk we really enjoyed was the filtered water dispenser in the kitchen. The second bedroom has a queen bed which may not work for those traveling with children. The rattan couch / loveseat arrangement in the living room was ok. Having a covered parking space was definitely helpful with the summer heat and rainstorms. The owner left his number with us if we had any problems, this was a first for us. We could tell the owner put a lot of thought into the decorating. Even the passcode to the room was easy to remember!
