  • Located directly on Gulf Way, about two blocks south of the Hurricane Restaurant, this immaculate, beautifully updated two bedroom, one bath condo offers Florida vacationing at its best. Enjoy the spectacular white sandy beach or the heated, newly renovated heated pool, or walk to the great shops and restaurants of the quaint village of Pass-a-Grille.



    Updates to the unit include: all new beds and furniture, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, new ceramic tile and carpeting throughout, a completely renovated bathroom, and a new washer and dryer.

This is our second time in this unit. We already booked it again for next year. This place had everything - nice kitchen with all appliances (even a DW), laundry in the unit, 2 bedrooms, comfortable LR, right beside the pool, across the street from the beach, and located in the heart of Pass-a-Grille (within a block or two of shops and eateries). The itrip team made it all easy and responded to every text inquiry within minutes.

Great location and amenities for a relaxing week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Walkable to many eateries, beach is right across the street.

This is the perfect location in Pass A Grille. Easy access to the beach, Hurricanes, The Brass Monkey, and Paradise Grille. Make sure to watch a sunset from the rooftop bar at Hurricanes! Unit was as pictured, clean and quiet. Host was great with contact. We will definately stay here again. If you are a sheller like me, just a quick walk to the south end where the best shells are.

Great little place in Pass-a-grille

Pass-a-grille is a great little beach town in a bigger city. The place was a nice little condo right in the middle of everything. It worked great for our family.

Location location location

Perfect location. Unit is small, but for 2 adults and 2 young children it was perfect. The unit had beach and pool toys, beach chairs, and beach towels. We had a great time.

Everything we hoped for, and more

My wife and I loved the place - clean, comfortable, well-stocked, plenty of space (even when two cousins came to visit for a couple of days). The beach was across the street and the shops and restaurants were only a block or two away. We were impressed by the owner's team, which responded to every question, virtually immediately. It made for an extremely relaxing vacation. We highly recommend it.

Relaxing

Relaxing, quiet, close to water and can hear the waves, love the area, could go w/o a vehicle, nice pool, well stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, appliances. No pets, but owners can bring pets so don’t be surprised.

Fantastic location

This property was centrally located within walking distance of everything. It was exactly as advertised. We were able to hear the people above us a lot. But I think it was just that the people were very noisy.

Amazing location just steps to the beautiful Pass-A-Grille Beach! A walkable area to shops and restaurants! We had a few issues that were addressed immediately by property management. The unit itself is dated but met our needs for a great week at the beach! 🏖️

Beach club

Great location however the place was not very clean. We had issues with the hot water and drain clogging in the shower. Also some spots on the bedding. The Itrip team was very responsive however for the money the place itself should be cleaner.

Perfect place at the beach!

Our cousins trip to the beach was so awesome! The condo was a perfect size for 4. Pool was always enjoyed as well as walking to the beach. We used the umbrella and chairs for the beach, it was nice not to have to rent those. Ice maker was great, enough to use for our cooler at the beach. The starter pack was skimpy for 4, the shower water never was hot, lukewarm. We had trouble with unlocking it upon arrival, but owner messaged back tips within reasonable time.

If anyone know Pass-A-Grille- you know just how beautiful this area is. Being that this property is walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants it makes it a great spot. Please be aware- that you cannot see the beach from this property. This particular unit "technically" has everything it stated. Although, that's accurate it's really very outdated. When sitting in the living room - it does not have any beach decor at all. As you go through the place there are a couple of beach pictures scattered throughout, but sitting in the living room you wouldn't know you were on the beach. There are two little crammed-in cast iron outdoor chairs in the corner as you walk in the door- not sure what else you could do? Really missed being able to sit outside and have coffee or a cocktail. Although, it's super to have laundry capability - you can barely get to it - it's so jammed with outdated- broken beach equipment. The topper for us was - we are wine drinkers - and there were no wine glasses in the entire unit. We ended up going to the market and getting some plastic, throw-away- ones. Best part is you do have an automatic ice maker - which was wonderful for water, drinks, etc... My daughter and I both felt that this is a guaranteed money maker where the property is located, but this unit needs updating and some TLC. Communication was wonderful for inquiring about parking. Pool was clean and very refreshing!

Sisterd stay

We had a nice stay but i do have a couple of suggestions: 1) Hooks - it would be nice to have some hooks on the back of each door. There were only a few hangers in the closet and no place to hang towels clothes. Etc.2) the living room is NOT comfortable.

Awesome location!

What a great location. My family and I walked to most things - restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee, BEACH! There is also a free shuttle service so we were able to get around very easily when walking wasn’t an option. The condo was very cozy. And I appreciated the starter supplies (paper products, soap, etc) until our groceries were delivered. The laundry room was great coming into from the pool or beach to drop our things or put wet items right in the washer. The management responded very quickly. Our unit was missing a hair dryer and within 30 min of making them aware, one was delivered and on a Sunday! We fell in love with PAG and we’ll be back. I would definitely stay at this property again.
