Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. Very Pleasant Stay

Our second stay on Sunset Beach, like it a lot, never get tired of hearing the surf on the beach. The whole complex is very nice, staff friendly too. We are considering returning next year as well. We would recommend Land's End on Sunset Beach, beach side is the best!

Loved the view!

I have older sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at lands end! This was our third visit and I searched online for less expensive places that were still really nice… And I couldn’t find any! This place is worth the money! This specific condo had a fabulous front Row seat to an ocean view! We absolutely loved it and would recommend it highly.

Excellent location

Great view from the living room and the balcony. This unit is very comfortable and has everything you need including beach chairs. It is located near the elevator and has quick and easy access from the garage to the unit. We plan to stay here again next year.

Great Stay

This is a great property and a beautiful location. Property was very clean and an awesome location with lots of amenities. They only thing I would mention for young kids is that the pool rules are a little strict, but the beach is right there and they can be wild!

Beautiful Setting Falls Short.

Beautiful setting at the end of Treasure Island. This unit is extremely tired and needs some TLC/ updating. The beds are uncomfortable and pillows have to be ten years old, no firmness, made for a rough night of sleep. The ice maker in the refrigerator is/ has been broken for some time, had to keep running to Publix for any ice. The refrigerator doesn't fit the space so can't access the freezer side without moving stuff around every time as the door only opens up 50% of the way, please change this, it is silly and frustrating. We have been renting beach homes for 20+ years and this is the first one that doesn't provide a set of beach towels. Our flight from Maine arrived at 10:30PM, nice to have to go to Wal-Mart day one for beach towels. The rental company said it is because "Guests tend to steal them", I politely pointed out that when you rent a home such as this and usually departing on a plane, it's unlikely the guests are stealing the towels. Super annoying. There was virtually no supplies of any type (cooking oil, spices, etc) everything had to be stocked for a seven day stay, we left all unused oils, spices, etc... just like the beach towels, couldn't pack them on a plane but I'm sure they were either taken by cleaning staff or tossed so the next guest could start all over again, makes no sense. This condo needs a total makeover, owners need to invest in this property to justify the costs they are charging. In its current state I would not stay here again. Please give this unit the update it needs to be a five star property.

Not what we expected

lots of updating needed in unit. A few floor tiles cracked and tile grout very dirty. Unit needs some TLC. Was disappointed for what we paid. Nice having security, pool clean and pool area nice. Grandchildren disappointed that the age for hot tub was 17. Stayed at other resorts in the area and children were allowed in hot tub with parents. View beautiful and nice being on quiet end of beach

Great location and view Loved layout and furnishings Master bath needs upgrade on fixtures Sink faucet is very difficult to operate and shower head needs replacing Kitchen could stand more serving bowls But we will be back next year!
