Lands End Gulf Front 4th Floor Corner Condo 11-401 in ideal Treasure Island! The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that offers all the conveniences of home: TVs, free wireless high-speed internet, linens, and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, disposal; iron/ironing board and clothes washer and dryer. Gated Community Note: PER THE ASSOCIATION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE-TIME $50.00 PARKING/RESORT FEE FOR YOUR STAY. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 PARKING FEE FOR THE STAY. IF YOU HAVE A GUEST VISIT AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY, THEY TOO WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $10 PARKING FEE FOR THE DAY. GUESTS MUST DEPART BY 11:00 PM. A 1-week minimum stay requires Saturday arrival in season.

Lands End 11-401 sleeps six guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 Twin size beds in the guest bedroom. The balcony provides breathtaking views of the surrounding water and stunning sunsets. Peace and quiet, as well as walks on the beach, are a way of life here! If you are looking for a resort-style place to stay, you've just found the one! 7-night rental minimum.

Gulf Front - Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly, and people began calling the area Treasure Island. Treasure Island is adjacent to St. Petersburg and central to everything. Treasure Island's three miles of white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming vintage hotels, and unique restaurants attract visitors worldwide. Go swimming, shelling, sunning, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, or simply walk the beach and watch an amazing sunset. Walk the mile-long Treasure Island Beach Trail for convenient access to the motels, restaurants, and bars that make up the heart of this incredible destination!

Lands End is located at the southernmost tip of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, surrounded by the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico on three sides. This luxury resort condo includes 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a 24-hour security guardhouse with a gated entry and many other amenities, including an enormous heated pool, a poolside spa, newly renovated shuffleboard and volleyball courts, a large and fully-equipped fishing deck, and two tennis courts with a courtside gazebo. The community is also wrapped in a well-maintained wooden boardwalk for long scenic walks with amazing views at every turn!

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

The beach view was super! Watched the sunset every night from our balcony which was only about 100 feet from beach. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores and drugstores nearby.

Beautiful, quiet, serene

This complex is a hidden gem. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and clean. The beach is quiet and serene. Everything you need is available in the condo and complex; a sparkling large pool, tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard. Bonus there’s covered parking. The room is like a home away from home with TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The only glitch was that the TVs weren’t offering the same channels. To end on a good note, it’s simply a beautiful place a few short steps to the beach with an incomparable view of the Gulf and sunset from the comfortable and spacious balcony. Will return for sure.

Wonderful Condo and View

We had a great stay at Lands End. Unfortunately due to the latest hurricane the both hot tubs were not working but other then that everything in Lands End was great as usual. We are coming here for 12 years now and enjoying the facility and Treasure Island.

Great view of the gulf, unit needs some attention

Nice private location in gated community. Outdoor property was well kept. Great clean, secure patrolled beach with benches and trash containers which are emptied regularly. View from balcony was great with amazing sunsets over the gulf. Property manager was responsive and had someone out quickly to assess damage from previous occupants (3 broken chairs, jammed closet door), and fix tv issues. Cleaning between occupants should have been more thorough (food found under living room chair), glasses/dishes should have been checked for sharp chipped edges and cracks, tile floors were not clean so shoes had to be worn after showering or feet had to be washed again before bed. Sliding glass door to patio didn't close completely causing air conditioner to kick on every few minutes with a loud moaning noise. Other small issues could be addressed such as microwave turntable not rotating, balcony blinds that don't close fully and jam up easily when opening, and safety handrails should be installed in the bathtub/shower areas, or at the very least non-slip bathmats should be provided.

Beautiful view

The unit has a fantastic view and lot of potential. The pool/grounds/ location are perfect. The corner unit has extra windows and lots of light. The furniture/carpet/bathrooms need to be updated. The unit also did not supply beach towels so bring your own. The tv and internet worked well. Both my husband and I were on Zoom calls without any issues. We loved the location and amenities that the complex provided.

Amazing stay in real Paradise

The main sleeping room furniture looks a little non-modern but alll other things are amazing. We stayed since many years in different condos on the Gulfcoast but this one got now our Number ONE and we will be back soon!

Perfect Location

The location of this condo was perfect for a beach vacation. The condo itself could use some updating (toilets and appliances mostly). Ice dispenser on the fridge didn’t work very well, but it made ice, so that was okay. Pool was nice, but kids weren’t allowed in the hot tub (sauna). There were two lizards in the condo when we arrived, screen on patio door was broken. Overall, we would stay here again, though.

Great Summer Vacation

The property was perfect. From the room to the beautiful property grounds, and beach. We were able to walk to beach, pool, and other activities close to the property. The room was perfect for me and my two older daughters. We had 2 bedrooms that accomodated us perfectly. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals and the proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping was perfect. Really liked the gated community and amenities included. Will definitely be back.

Bathrooms need to be re-caulked, mold in showers. Beds not comfortable, couches so old there are boards under the cushions. Disappointed we paid so much money for the condition of the unit.

The condo needs some definitely needs some updating. The location is cool. It was almost as if you’re secluded. This is an older community with not a lot of kids. Overall it was a nice stay.

Could be worthy of a six star if...

Awesome property. Awesome location. Awesome grounds, awesome beach, but this unit itself is dated. The furniture is in desperate need of updating. If the inside of the unit were kept up and updated a little I would rate this a 100%. We would stay in this complex again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views and peaceful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are very nice and private. Pool and beach both very close. Condo could use some updating, al and a detailed cleaning but it was still very enjoyable. Rental people were very responsive. Would stay here again:-)
