3/5 minute walk to the BEACH! Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV's. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking.

This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 2nd floor unit has a balcony overlooking the Intracoastal. A fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer, a TV in each bedroom and one in the living room.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 2nd floor unit has a balcony that offers the best views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by.

Unit 2213 comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. 6 additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.

This 'newer' unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, a Smart TV, and a queen size couch. Bedroom 1 has a Smart TV, 2 queen beds, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a full bath and flat screen tv

Free internet WI-FI access is included.

Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located on the 6th and 7th floor for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 2213 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

So many restaurants with in walking distance, 3/5 minute walk to the beach, located right on the Intracoastal!

This is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee.

The management company will provide you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, a laundry pod, and dish detergent. It is up to you, the guest to provide whatever else is needed for your stay.

There are 3 thermostats in the unit. They can be adjusted to different temperatures in each room but they all must be on heat or cool to work.

There will be 2 water park passes in the unit upon your arrival (2 guests per pass), you will need to take them to the gift shop before entering the water park. They will scan them and give you a wrist band to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes needed (up to 6 at a 50% discount).

The parking pass will also be in the room upon your arrival.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

Fantastic
Condo was large, clean and well equipped with a quiet view of the inter-coastal waterway. Convenient to many restaurants and businesses, within walking distance. Our host was very responsive to questions and concerns. Limited parking on busy weekends with events at the Holiday Inn next door - warning was provided regarding such situations prior to booking!

Shower broken for 2 days. TV was almost unusable and remote batteries were dead. So many rules.
I emptied the trash,cleaned and restocked the dishes. I wonder what the cleaning fee is for? I got a mortgage with fewer pages and rules. We won't be back and do not recommend for adults. Only rent if you have kids that want to go to the water park.

Florida Vacation
The place was wonderful and clean. People who worked there was very helpful and friendly. Two things we did not like was the water in the water park was suppose to be heated and it was not. We could not go in and enjoy the park at all. The other thing is the price on the web page was reasonable to stay there but what we got billed was double that price. We were so disappointed.

Relaxation
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, within walking distance to restaurants , and a short walk from the beach. It was nice to have the passes to the waterpark. My kids, especially enjoyed the sand volleyball, which was located right by the condo. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future.

Great family spot!
The property was excellent, just as advertised. The amenities, and the value added items, like the waterpark passes, as well as the proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, was excellent, and the host was super prompt, flexible, and kind. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation in the Tampa area with family.
