This newly updated, blissful waterside condo invites warm décor to meet coastal Florida living at Harborview Grande.

Open the large glass sliders, step out from the modern living room onto the 8th floor balcony. Ahhhh…. Let the relaxing begin as you take in the soothing breeze, enveloping sunshine and twinkling water show on Clearwater Harbor.

Unexpected moments of magic, shape once in a lifetime experiences, like watching for playful dolphins, playing games with the family and/or watching the sunsets for a glimpse of the famous “green flash.”

This family-friendly condo has amenities galore. Full kitchen with granite counters, range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, composed for usability. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer for guest’s convenience.

Flat screen TV’s, cable, Wi-Fi and USB ports in every bedroom, you can stay connected/charged up and up to date on your favorite series, while on vacation.

Cultivate your inner “sun worshipper,” with a little stroll to Clearwater Beach. Sunblock, flip-flops, sunglasses, and your swim suit are the days attire to relax and play in the ocean. The place was beautifully decorated and the amenities were spot on. We really enjoyed our stay, the only downfall was the small pool area and the buildings blocking the pool from the sun. Great location to the beach! Got to see the dolphins.

Condo is great!

This condo is awesome! It had more than enough space for two adults and four kids (ages 10-13). It was clean and had everything we needed. Its within walking distance to put put golf, restaurants, shopping and the beach. My only complaint is how crowded the beach is. We experienced that the first day. Afterwards we started going to Sand Key park and that was great! Not crowded at all and we got to see marine life there and it was wonderful. We also hired a photographer (Paul) from Clearwater Beach Photography for family pictures, he took the pictures at the park and they turned out wonderful. If you are planning a Clearwater beach vacation I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo. Loved it!

Awesome condo with great views!

This condo gives you the best of both worlds. You have an amazing view of the bay from the balcony, with the beach located only across the street! Loved seeing the sunrise from the balcony & sunset from the beach!

Nice property and up to date. Beds very comfortable!

Property was very clean and laid out nicely. Upon arrival after shopping realized freezer was not working and fridge was not cold enough. Sent out repair person on Sunday but was not fixed till Monday. Ice cream melted and deli meat went bad. Plenty of towels but some garbage bags and Tpaper would be nice, plenty of room for everyone.

Everything we needed and more!

The place was beautiful and well-appointed; nice pool and hot tub; great security. The views from the balcony were gorgeous, and we even got to see dolphins swimming a couple times! It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The service we received from the rental agency was exceptional. Perfect for our family getaway - we’ll definitely return!

Beautiful property with a fantastic harbor view

Pictures online don't do this place justice. It is really awesome and has everything you need for an extended stay. 5 minute walk to the Ocean and directly across the street through the Holiday Inn is where you should rent jet skis. Fishing directly behind the condo from the sea wall is amazing. We had Manatees come up within 6 inches of the sea wall. We have stayed in this building before, but never on the top floor. It is worth every penny. We will definitely come here again.

We loved this property. So spacious. Beautiful view. We had everything we could possibly need right there and the price was so reasonable! We even spotted a manatee in the harbor from our balcony. I can't wait to come back!

Very clean and nice condo!

The condo was overall great and we would certainly stay there again! The view of the bay is breathtaking and dolphins swim right up. The kitchen is fully stocked and the property is very clean. The beach is only about a 5 min walk away. Parking was always easy as you pulled into the condo as your parking is an assigned spot. Definitely would book again but some minor suggestions or "heads up." The sun comes in through the living room every morning. It is so bright it makes it difficult to sit and eat at the table, watch tv or sit on the couch. Our toddler would wake up between 7-8 am but we would have to retreat back to the bedroom because it was so bright. If the condo added window shades in that room that would be wonderful. When the sun isn't shining directly in the view is great! The two smaller bedrooms get warmer and the AC doesn't seem to circulate well in there. It wasn't rely a problem though because the condo did have fans in the unit that could be plugged in to circulate the air. The AC works really well in the majority of the condo and was refreshing after the summer sun. The master bathroom is very roomy. Our toddler loved the large bathtub that we filled with water. The master shower has no where to put your razor, shampoo or conditioner other than the ground. I would recommend the condo put a shelf or some hanging container to solve this. The condo was well supplied with pillows, towels, and beach items! They could use some more large cups for the kitchen. Extremely friendly and professional management team who checked on us and was very easy to work with! If you're looking for a 3 bedroom condo, book this place!!

Nice Place to Stay

We go to Clearwater Beach every year. We really like the location of this condo. You can park your car and walk everywhere. The condo itself is very nice and clean. We have stayed in this condo a couple times. You can't go wrong staying here.
