Escape to this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo at Harbor House located in the tranquil Sunset Beach community of Treasure Island. This condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape offering all the comforts of home with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico just across the street.
The open Living Room area has a comfy couch along with a nice chair and ottoman for you to relax in. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, but there is no dishwasher here. Curl on up in the large King Bed in the bedroom that has a TV as well for your comfort. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Free Wi-Fi throughout the condo, Free onsite parking and coin operated washer/dryers are some of the extra amenities included here.

Across the street at Sunset Chateau, you will have access to the shared beachfront pool and some additional charcoal grills. The beach access here is nice and easy and will allow you to walk miles and miles of beautiful sandy beaches.

The Harbor House is close to major attractions while still providing a quiet retreat. About an hour’s drive away is Tampa, home to numerous attractions including Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium - Home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the amazing Florida aquarium, shopping malls, and a wide range of activities for all ages.

Just a short walk and you will be on Gulf Blvd., the main road that runs our beautiful coastline in the area. The convenient trolley system runs up and down Gulf Blvd, making it easy to explore the various beaches, restaurants, parks and attractions along the coast without the need for a car.

John's Pass Village is just to the North, less than 3 miles, and is loaded with fun for all ages. John’s Pass Village offers a variety of restaurants (with fresh seafood catches right off the boat!), shops, water activities, fishing charters, Marina and water sports.

Don't want to cook and looking to just relax and catch the sunset? A short walk from the condo is Caddy’s On The Beach, featuring a beach volleyball court for fun, live entertainment, delicious food, and tables in the sand where you can enjoy a cocktail while watching the beautiful sunset. No matter what brings you to our area beaches, we promise you will love every minute!!

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Rough stay

Everything that could have gone wrong did. When we arrived, the shower head was barely hanging on and cracked during use. Water exploded all over the bathroom almost flooding it. We had to use all the towels to clean the floor leaving us with only our spare beach towels. Smoke detector started beeping. We called they told us to take them off the wall. Someone came the next day but the person didn’t know how to change the batteries and asked if we did. They left with one smoke detector and never came back. Thankfully we had a second one but it was an odd exchange. When they came to change the shower head they left the bathroom messy with dirty footprints and left the old shower head/pieces in the sink. You need to purchase everything you need, including basics like hand soap. There was none provided, which was a first for us. Also the lack of a plunger. There was no sponge to clean the dishes, something even the cheapest rentals provide. There was also black mold in the bathtub. We've stayed at Harbor House for years and would never have booked this property, but our original booking was sold by the owner and we had to find something fast. Location is great but unlike other VRBOs in the area, you are responsible for everything, including chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We bought nice chairs, an umbrella and left them for the next tenant, hoping they get good use out of them. Great location but most expensive condo in HH, outdated, and lacks amenities.

Very Pleased

Unit was very clean and cozy. Very close to beach and bars. Neighbors were very friendly. Less than 10 minutes from several restaurants and stores. Will definitely becoming back.

Quiet Place near the beach

The place was awesome! Easy in and out, parking close by, and the beach right across the street! Neighbors were wonderful. The place was neat and clean. Close walk to Katiki and Caddy's. Would love to make a return trip sometime soon. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful!

Excellent Stay

We loved the location of this place! It was directly across the street from the beach which was awesome. All the neighbors were friendly and it felt like we visited every year. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning and night.

Wonderful!

Talk about location! Wanna stay close to the beach? This is the place! Sunsets, walks on the beach day and night, close short walk to the Famous Caddy's, Katiki, and even a convince store. Clean place to stay. Has pretty much all you need. There are a few beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards that i assume past guests have left behind, so that was a nice bounus. The sand sticks to everything, so its nice there was a vacuum and brooms. We did find a swiffer and we purchased some wet pads for it. May I suggest this be a permanent thing? Fridge has an ice machine, there are very few basic starters, cheaper bar soap, dish soap, garbage bags so you will want to bring your own. Overall zero complaints! Loved to wake up and stroll to the beach or late night shelling (we did 5 straight nights!) Thank you for the memories!!!

Sunset Beach

The beach is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Almost like our own private beach. Condo is a perfect location, very clean, and nicely furnished.

Great first stay at Sunset Beach!

We were very satisfied and loved the location. Even though we were across the road from the beach, we were on the first floor and only a few steps from the sand. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room window. The leather living room furniture was super comfortable and clean. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and pool noodles were provided. Beach towels would have been handy, but we brought our own. No big deal. This area of the beach was super quiet and private. We really loved the neighborhood!
