Hamilton House 202 is a Silver 2-bedroom 2 bath Gulf Front Condo

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 202 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 202 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 202 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Stayed here two years ago and had a great experience. This time was not as great. We got in at 9 PM and there was no toilet paper or garbage bags or anything in the place. We had to go out at 9 o’clock to the party store to buy toilet paper There was no outside umbrella, which we had to go purchase as well along with paper towels, soap and everything else we needed. We were told we had to wash towels before we left, but there was no detergent so we had to complain to get that, but we also had already purchased that as well. The locks to the gates going to the beach and the bathrooms outside do not work well. The woman’s bathroom would never unlock. The people below us were smokers so we were not able to utilize our balcony the entire week. The unit itself is very nice, but our sheets had sand in them the first night and we had to get new sheets from the management company. After many complaints we were told we would be credited a small portion of our stay. They never did give us the credit and it had to be disputed with our credit card. Definitely will not be going back to the Hamilton house due to JC management and will not recommend.

Nice place

Everything was mostly good. The ice maker didn’t work and one of the toilets ran all the time. Being a maintenance man by trade, I fixed both myself instead of waiting on someone to come fix them.

Family vacation

Great place in a great location

Excellent property in a great location with a beach view. Very well maintained unit. Had everything we needed. JC Resort staff very friendly and helpful. Were there for 3 weeks and loved our stay.

Perfect Location

Excellent view of ocean. Passing dauphins were a delight. Walking distance to 3 or 4 good restaurants. Private parking and the beach is spotless. The condo is well maintained, clean and modern. Hopefully we are back in the not too distant future.

Overall it’s a great Condo to stay in and would for sure stay there again. The one issue we had with the shower was worked on and the staff kept us in the loop with the updates and completely fixed the problem. Thank you for your attentiveness to your guests!

Great vacation!

We were going to be late checking in, so we called, spoke with a super friendly woman, who sent us an email with instructions - super easy checkin and super friendly/helpful employees. We were beyond pleased with the condo, it was clean and pretty/up to date. We had a great time and no issues at all. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Everything we needed and wanted.

Excellent location for a family vacation. Several very good restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful sunsets. After staying in a beach front condo, I don't think we will ever rent anything off the beach again. The convenience and views are worth it. The building is smaller, so less crowded, which is a plus. The pool is small, but clean. Good for the kids. The condo had several beach chairs, an umbrella, and a few other nice to have beach items. Everything worked well in the condo, except the living room TV/Cable system. Not a big deal to us, and the manager was informed when we left to get it looked at. Other than that, everything was well furnished and in good condition for a rental unit. Great place that we will look at again.

Nice condo and a great location

Everything was very much as advertised. The condo was clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The location is very convenient for short walks to get most anything you needed. Our only recommendation would be keyless entry to the condo so we wouldn’t have to take keys to the beach. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
