My family & I had a wonderful stay at this very clean, well appointed condo! My husband & I honeymooned at this exact building almost 20 yrs ago and were excited to bring our teenagers here for a vacation. The check in was super easy(a code on the door) and convenient to use during our stay. There was always close parking(even though with construction the spots were limited). We were very impressed how everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meals and morning coffee or tea. I enjoyed mornings on the veranda watching the sun rise with dolphins seen going by! Loved the 2 bathrooms which made getting ready easy. Towels, coolers and beach chairs/gear were great and appreciated. We all enjoyed tennis and pickleball on the very nice courts (the best ones on Gulf Blvd from what we could see)! Pool and hot tub were wonderful-especially in the evening as temps were a little cooler for us last week. Beach access was easy right across the street, beach was beautiful with clear warm water and soft white sands. Mini golf was fun right next door! Had a slight issue with construction but Melinda was quick with a response and we were impressed with how well handled everything was. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope to come back soon! Thank you Chuck & Melinda for helping us have such a wonderful vacation!
