25-year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Check in with security at the gate, proceed to assigned parking space, take the lobby elevator to the unit which is located on the 15th floor.

The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority serves as the main mode of public transportation in this area. Bus stops are conveniently located within walking distance of the property. Ride share options are also available throughout the Clearwater Beach area.
