  • Welcome to Dockside Escape-305, your Clearwater Beach home away from home! This is a 2bd/2ba 1100 sq ft non-smoking condo located in the heart of south Clearwater Beach on the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins at play, or take your latte to go for a short 1.5 block walk to the public beach access. Everything is within walking distance of this condo!

    We rent Saturday to Saturday. Please contact the property manager if you wish to book during a different time frame.

    About the Space:

    Dockside Escape is an 1100-sq ft condo that sleeps five. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, living room, and separate dining area. This split floor plan features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a guest bedroom with queen- and twin-sized beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and include large, flat-screen TVs, closet space, plenty of drawers, and nightstands with built-in electrical and USB ports.

    Our condo evokes a rustic beach vibe with coastal decor throughout, custom-built sliding barn doors, and beach-themed furnishings and linens. A wall of windows floods the kitchen and dining and living rooms with tons of natural light, and frames the palm tree-lined harbor where you are sure to see dolphins, and if you’re very lucky, a manatee.

    Spend the day at the beach with chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler, and cart all provided for you, or enjoy an afternoon in the community heated swimming pool. However you decide to spend your vacation, be sure to check out Clearwater Beach’s Pier 60, where nightly entertainment takes place. The area has so much to offer, and our beach house is in the middle of it all!

    The building has on-site parking, a heated pool overlooking the marina, community grills, and a fishing dock.

This place has everything you need on a vacation away from home. Beach chairs, beach bag, beach towels, games! It’s so beautifully decorated and was spotless! The location is perfect! Views from the balcony were amazing! Beach was a short distance. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Our family of four (kids 15 and 13) had an awesome time at this place. It was located within walking distance of restaurants, beach, grocery store, and shopping. The place was very clean. The hosts were great and responded within a very timely manner. It was especially nice to have a beach buggy, chairs, umbrella, and towels provided. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us stay at your beautiful seaside escape. Btw, saw dolphins and manatees right off the balcony in the inlet!

This is a beautifully furnished condo to stay. The location is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater. Host were very attentive and even let us know condo was ready early.

We stayed for 5 nights (husband/wife, and two toddlers) and had the BEST stay. The condo was so clean and well equipped to meet all of our needs. We loved the view so much from the balcony and that we could spend the late evenings on the balcony without disturbing the sleeping kids. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all of the things we needed, and the provided beach equipment (chairs, towels, toys, etc) was amazing. We were walking distance from everything we needed and the area felt very safe. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect Stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Perfect proximity to the beach and just far enough outside of town to get away from all the hubbub at night! Condo is super clean and beautiful. We love this place so much. Perfect stay for our girl cousins getaway. So clean, comfortable & all the beach gear ready to go included! Suggestions would only be to have more wash clothes & bath towels. But washer-dryer was great we were able to wash them each day! And loved the beach cart so whenever you're upgrading that to have one that travels more easily across soft sand. But we all LOVED the condo & we plan to come back next year! THANK YOU!!!

Super cute condo

This condo was adorable and very well laid out. It was perfect for our family and 3 teenagers. Location was great and walkable to most places. Great view over the bay, perfect view of the fireworks on the bridge. Aiden and summer were great hosts and available to answer any questions we have. We will be back!

This is a wonderful condo with a kitchen that has everything you need to enjoy homecooked meals but is in walking distance to many restaurants as well. The fishing dock is right in front of your unit and the beach is only a block away. The condo comes with a wagon, umbrella and beach chairs as well as plenty of beach towels! The elevators were slated to be replaced, so hopefully that happens soon :) Overall, this is a wonderful condo in a great location that enables you to enjoy the beach as well as fishing off of a dock right outside of your condo door.

Nice, not Great!

Great cond! Fire alarm went off, an on for 5 days. Even in the middle of the night ! The beach is the public beach and is 4 to 5 blocks away. Maybe a 8 to 10 minute walk. But the condo is beautiful and everything it says it is!

Beautiful stay in Clearwater Beach

This place is a gem. Beautiful, Immaculate condo with all the comforts of home. The homeowner was very responsive and provided info and suggestions for places around town. We loved overlooking the harbor and saw dolphins!! Pool was warm and it was a very easy walk to the beach. They provided a cart and chairs and sand and pool toys. We loved it! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!

Excellent stay at Dockside Escape

Beautiful condo, was perfect for my husband and our two adult sons. Condo was very clean and had anything that you can imagine you would need for a trip to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/mixing bowls/etc. Very large TV in the living room was perfect to catch the World Series. Outdoor patio was very comfortable. The area is covered so we could even sit out there and watch thunderstorms roll in one day. Even if we couldn't be at the beach that day we were still able to be outside. The location was perfect, a quick 2 block walk to the beach and there were many restaurants and bars very close by. There was an issue with no water on the 1st day, the owners responded within minutes and found out that it was a water main break caused by a construction crew that hit the a water line. Most of clearwater beach was without water. Owners continued to keep us updated as to when it should be restored. Much appreciated, especially when it had nothing to do with the actual condo or the owners.
