The Las Brisas resort is situated directly on the beaches and the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The private complex outdoor area includes a beautiful heated swimming pool overlooking the beaches, tiki huts, and a lovely picnic area for a front row seat to one of the most incredible sunsets in the world.



    This particular condo is on the street side of the building (doesn't face the beach), but still, just step out the front door and down the elevator, and your feet are in the soft white sand. There is not a private balcony for this condo.



    This second floor home has everything you could want for your family Florida vacation. With over 1360 square feet, there's plenty of room to comfortably sleep up to eight people.

The location to this property is wonderful right on the beach. Has a pool which is also great. It is close driving to Johns pass and miniature golf. The host was very accessible. The room was very spacious. Could use a little update but overall would use again.

This was a nice place, we did have an issue with the washer and dryer being full of sand and didn’t notice until we did a wash. The clothes came out with sand everywhere and we hadn’t been to the beach yet. Other than that we hadn’t what we needed and the place was in a good location close to John’s Pass and many restaurants. I would go back for value and size of condo.

Great location. The cablevision was awesome. Host easy to reach and helpfull. Only thing that was a little bothersome is it's a little loud. Gulf blvd is a busy street

Beach Perfect

Very clean accommodations, tv’s in every room, king bed and private bath in master bedroom. And close to John’s Pass and Boardwalk, which is AWESOME.

Clean and Spacious Condo

Condo was clean and spacious for our family - nice location and appreciated the covered parking in the hot summer sun. Would recommend for future stays!

Muy buena

Fueron unas buenas vacaciones, el hotel estaba frente a la playa, la piscina estaba buena bien limpia. La habitación era muy cómoda y súper grande me gustó mucho está perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia. Nos atendieron súper bien incluso nos ayudaron mucho a buscar parqueo, muy atentos y amables el servicio. Sin duda volveré!!!

The condo needed a little TLC. The washer was finicky. There were damages that had not been repaired before our stay. They only provided 4 rolls of tp for 5 people for five nights so ended up having to buy more. There was also beach towels dirty in the washer when we arrived. Staff and neighbors were friendly.

Madeira Beachfront condo

We loved our stay at Las Brisas. The condo was large with two rooms, clean, and easy to find. This is our second time staying at this condo and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is equipped with all of the things you need to cook, for the beach and to relax.

Very nice

Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. Great location right on the beach. Only thing - missing balcony with ocean view but it was stated in the ad. Would come back again.
