My condo is a direct ocean front with no obstructions and is located on the sixth floor. I also own and fully insured with minivans stationed at airports for your convenience. They are an extra cost but I can usually beat competition buy 50%. We also own two other condos next door they are VRBO # 786204 or1462091 or 2813590 Recent upgrades have included brand new living room furniture, all new flat screen tv's, patio furniture, full bed in 3rd bedroom with Sterns and Foster mattress, and all new stainless steel appliances. Just received new paint throughout the entire condo. The master bedroom has its own 45 inch flat screen tv along with sliding glass doors that walk out to a balcony overlooking the ocean. This condo is not your typical rental accommodation. I also own two other condos next door that are totally remodeled in Sandcastle two and sandcastle three {sandcastle two is VRBO # 786204 or sandcastle three VRBO # 1462091 }. We provide high quality linens along with a fully stocked kitchen. As an added benefit, we provide items that most rentals make you bring or rent. Also, The Pub Restaurant is located directly across the street which offers a full service menu, and a bar with deck out back on the intercoastal to watch boats and dolphins. These condos are both located within walking distance to local eateries. The nearest airport is located 9 miles away which is Clearwater/St. Petersburg (PIE). Tampa airport is located 25 miles from the condos. Bush Gardens Amusement Park is located less than 45 minutes away. Disney and Universal Studios are located 1 hour and 20 minutes away. John's Pass is less than 10 minutes away which offers a boardwalk of shops, restaurants, deep sea fishing along with many other family activites. Staying in one of my condos will truly be a memorable experience. We rent Saturday to Saturday only and no pets are allowed in this particular condo, but I do own one that does except pets. Also service dogs are welcome in this condo because it is federal law. My wife and I truly believe our guests work really hard in order to come on vacation so we do our best in order to make it the most memorable experience that you can have. Thank you

We had a great stay! Everything was perfect - condo is beautiful and fully stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, everything you need for a great vacation. Minivan rental is also great option through the host, was very nice knowing that we had a vehicle waiting for us in the parking garage and not having to deal with renting from the airport. Host is very communicative and thorough with checkin/out instructions and the throughout the whole process. Close to restaurants and some beach shops - location is great right between Clearwater and St Pete! Key an eye on the water in the morning as we were able to spot some dolphins super close to shore on our last day.

Easy location right on the beach

Easy location in Indian Shores right on the beach. Great to be able to walk out to the beach for a bit, then come back in when we want, instead of having to make a full day of it. The pool was heated (threat for the iffy Spring Break weather!). Caddy's across the street is back open now, so that's great too!

The only bad thing I have to say is that we couldn’t set the temp below 71. For a menopausal woman with hot flashes 71 doesn’t make me comfortable. Especially at night!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This condo is located in a perfect location where it is not so crowded. The unit itself was great!! The beds and furniture were really comfortable and the owner was extremely friendly! I highly recommend this unit with it being right on the beach and great price!

Everything was exactly as stated.

The condo was very nice. Quick beach access, and you can rent chairs with umbrellas, which is what the four of us did five out of six days. Weather was great!! I highly recommend this place.

Indian shores

Great that the home owner reached out. Check in and out process was super easy and fast. Would suggest having a couple more beach items for those that fly don’t have to worry about having to bring or buy. Some of the televisions didn’t work which was not good. Was a great location.

This place is a Gem!

Owners do a great job with communicating. Easy check in and out. Condo had everything we needed.Great location, beach was fantastic, views are amazing. My only complaint would be while we were there the construction did get a bit annoying with the constant drilling and hammering. Overall we had a really great experience here!

Nice area Inaccurate listing

The area was nice however the listing wasn't accurate and the condo complex wasnt cleanest. We had encountered issues with cleaniness inside the condo and outside in the complex. The property over all needs major maintenance and a thorough cleaning. To note the AC isn't controlled in the unit it is controlled by the company itself and will go to 15 degrees lower then the outside, which is an issue when it's 98 degrees outside. We also had an issue with a broken dish washer but was replaced however it was replaced the day before check out.

Family Vacation

Location was great, There is a large balcony with a table and several chairs. You can sit there in the shade, read a book, drink your coffee. There are several restaurants nearby, we tried Keegans for seafood that was excellent. LuLu's for icecream. There are several other beaches nearby but we mostly stayed here as it was not crowded. Would come again

This property is very nice! It’s clean! The owner responses quickly to questions and concerns! The view is perfect! The town is very low key and quiet!! The Beach is not crowded!!!! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Amazing location

Our first trip to Indian Shores & it did not disappoint. Found it to be far less busy & “touristy” then other FL destinations. Property was in a perfect location & well maintained. The owner was very responsive anytime we needed to reach him. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great time

Although the property is older, it is well maintained. The space was clean upon our arrival. We stayed with our two small children and my Sister and her Husband with their two small children. We had plenty of space and the property overall was very quite. This section of the beach is less crowded than Clearwater. They monitor parking aggressively, so ensure you put the parking pass on your vehicle as soon as you get there.

Great Views

We had a great time, the location was fantastic and communication was good. We were provided contact info for chair/umbrella service. I would suggest bringing extra blankets if you get cold or like to cover up on the couch, there are no extra blankets in the unit.

My Vacation to Indian Shores

The property was a nice place to stay for a week. Very easy check in & out. Phillip has extras at his condo which was nice. He also checked with us to see if anything was needed. I would stay again & would recommend staying at Sandcastle 1.
