This sleek and sophisticated treasure is nestled on the scenic waters of the Intracoastal Waterway in Indian Shores. With a central location and expansive views of the lush natural landscape and local wildlife, guests can truly savor all that the Gulf Coast has to offer.

Punctuated by tasteful, upscale décor and thoughtful design, everyone in your party is sure to love the consideration and convenience offered by your hosts to ensure a fabulous beachside experience. A spacious living area is completed by plush seating, gorgeous views and a huge 65” Smart TV for your pleasure. Natural light radiates through oversized sliding doors and the open layout flows into an elegant dining area overlooking an attractive and well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gorgeous custom backsplash complement this space, while offering all the expected conveniences. Those hoping to stay connected will appreciated the custom workspace nook with complementary monitor for added convenience.

A generous Master suite welcomes you with sweeping views through oversized windows, as well as private balcony access. Rich wood furnishings complement the natural landscape and offer a warm and relaxing atmosphere, while thoughtful touches like an overhead fan, private 55” television, and abundant storage are welcome bonuses. An impressive en suite bath completes this retreat with lovely dual vanities and walk-in shower.

Additional guests will love the fun and festive second bedroom with vivid hues and access to a second full bath with shower/tub combo. Offering a Queen bed and bonus bunks makes this room well-equipped and versatile.

As lovely as this property is, we recognize that the destination is as important as the accommodations and this gem offers everything you need to fully enjoy all that the area has to offer.

We have provided complimentary paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and grill for your use and enjoyment during your visit. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the condo, ceiling fans throughout and a private garage.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, this quaint community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood and tropical wildlife (home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary) Favorite dining options include the Pub Waterfront Restaurant, Micky Quinn's Beach Pub and Grill, Original Pizza & Restaurant, and the Salt Rock Grill.

We recently stayed as a party of 6, and were very happy with this unit. It was clean, and the master bedroom was very spacious. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were great. Proximity to the beach, ice cream shop and restaurants were great! Would come back again!

Another Great Stay

We have stayed in this property several times, and we have never been disappointed. The location is perfect with plenty to do and little crowds. The condo was clean, up-to-date, and well stocked with kitchen supplies and activities. The owner is always so quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend!!

Like a second home

We have stayed in this unit for several vacations, and it feels like our second home. The condo is always equipped with everything we need for an enjoyable stay. The owners are always quick to respond and do everything to make sure we feel at home. The area of Indian Shores has so much to do without the touristy feel of a crowded beach town. See you next year!

Great condo and location

This condo was perfect for our quiet October family vacation. There was hardly anyone on the beach and the condo had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, cooler, beach toys for the kids, and most importantly a beach stroller to get it all down there. The beach had really nice soft and clean sand. The pool was also quiet and very clean. We enjoyed going on the kayaks with the kids as well. Having the garage made it easy to store all the kids beach and pool gear without having to bring all the sand into the condo and carrying it up the stairs. The ice cream shop right next door was also a nice treat. The condo itself was very spacious and nicely decorated.. The only quirkiness was the master bathroom not having a door which led to us having to fish our 16 month old out of the toilet on a couple of occasions. Otherwise once we put some of the breakable decor pieces into a closet the condo was little kid friendly. Would happily come back to Indian shores and stay here again.

Can’t Wait to Come Back

I cannot say enough about how much we loved this property. The location was fantastic and all of the extras made it even that much better. Awesome condo and amenities

We had a wonderful stay! Large, quiet condo on the inter-coastal and a 2 min walk to the beach! Our family of six had a wonderful time. The kayaks and paddle boards were awesome! Hosts were on top of everything and gave us great info! We’ll be going back!

Beautiful place in Indian Shores

We traveled to Indian shores to celebrate our 15 year anniversary with our 4 children. The property was great. We loved how close it was to the beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. Although the weather was a little cooler than expected. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool. We went down to Clearwater for a dolphin experience, so so beautiful. The only downside to this rental was the master bedroom standup shower, it definitely needs some updating. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the rental was perfect for our family of 6. Serious need of new living room furniture and area rug.

We had great communication with the owner during the initial rental process. We enjoyed the location on the Inercoastal and just a block from the Gulf. The double garage and beach equipment were the most positive assets of the rental. Our first issue was a coffee maker that was stored away for months with the moldy coffee grounds still intact. Bob overnighted a new coffee maker. Next the master shower drain was very slow to drain resulting in us standing in ankle deep water. After two calls and 4 days a plumber came and fixed the issue. The two couches in the living room were unsittable for our 9 week stay making it very difficult as we had 3 couples join us for short stays. We moved the dining room chairs into the living room or just watched TV in bed. Thankfully the beds are all very comfortable. Upon two texts complaining about the couches the owner said they would look at the issue in April when they came down themselves and said that maybe some plywood sheets in their Garage that might help. Amazingly they fit perfect and made the couch hard as a rock and worse to sit on!! We had been tolerating the situation until this made it clear this was not a new issue. We have rented multiple times with VRBO in Florida and Alabama and never had issues like our experiences here!! We expected more considering the premium rental cost. We started asking around and found other renters at Mariners Point were paying $3000-5000 a month less for much nicer appointed condos. That is on us for not doing better research. To top it all off, upon packing up, a 3 inch cockroach came skittering down the hall as we were packing up the last day!! We texted Bob and he said he would have the pest control come soon. No apologies, no alarm from Bob. We had to place our luggage in our garage upon arriving back in Michigan and wash everything.There were quite a few other things we could have listed in this review, but I think you can see the theme here.

The condo was great and very well equipped. The pool was much smaller than anticipated and could use a good cleaning. The beach however was very convenient! My only complaint is upstairs condo was extremely loud at night, sounded like furniture moving across the floor at all hours.

Best way to vacation

We have stayed in this unit four times and we are already anxiously awaiting next year’s trip! The condo is perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, the views are spectacular, and the location is the BEST! The owner of this condo is easy to work with and is always prompt to reply to any question I may have.

This condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had EVERYTHING we needed! Perfect walking distance to the beach! They provided chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, towels, boogie boards, and even bikes to enjoy our stay! Extremely comfortable beds and pillows! We would 100% recommend staying here!

Exceptional Condo and Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time at this condo and would not hesitate to rent it again. The location is perfect! An easy walk to the most wonderful ice cream shop, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had 4 kids with us ages 14, 11, 9, and 7. Our youngest has Down syndrome and is an escape artist. We are very careful about where we choose to stay. This condo is safe....doors and windows lock. The main door is heavy and swings shut automatically making it perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we could need. Location could not be better. We loved the beach across the street but were able to drive just a few miles to check out other beaches. Great food within walking distance and many options within a few minutes drive.

Beautiful Home, Close to Beach

This home was absolutely perfect!! Only a very short walk to the beach and had everything needed for the beach! The beds were very very comfy and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Very close to restaurants, and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals! We hope to return in the near future! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Perfection!

This is our 9th year staying at this condo, and third time in this unit. We couldn’t be happier with the unit itself. We love the bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards! The pool is never crowded and it’s like it is our own personal pool. The beach is just across the street, and, again, is never crowded. We love spending the evenings fishing and dolphin watching! In the middle of a pandemic, we had to get away, and we felt 100% safe in this condo. We usually have our “go-to” restaurants to visit, but we opted to just cook in the fully equipped kitchen this year. The owner of this condo is always quick to respond and very helpful to ensure the best vacation possible! We can’t wait to vacation here again!!!

Great Family Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. The condo is very open and spacious with lots of natural light. Slept great, the mattress was very good quality. Kitchen has all the necessities. All the “toys” and beach accessories in the garage were nice to have. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but on the plus side it is tucked away and quite. We would definitely stay here again!

We Loved this Condo!

The condo was in a great location, and was spacious and clean. It is beautifully decorated just like the pictures show, and was the perfect space for our group of 6, including 4 teenage girls. The second full bathroom was a life saver (again, 4 teenage girls). The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed while there was provided (laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, hand and dish soap, etc). We contacted the owner prior to check-in with a couple of questions, and his reply was timely and courteous. We had a prefect view of the sunrise over the intracoastal waterway each morning from the balcony and from the large windows in the master bedroom. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards that were included with the unit rental, and were impressed with beach equipment included (a beach umbrella, wheeled cart to carry equipment to the beach, beach chairs, and several pool noodles, sand toys, etc). We loved everything about this condo and would absolutely stay there again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Hands down, best stay in Indian Shores!

For years, we have traveled to Indian Shores for vacation! This was our over all favorite place we have stayed thus far & will continue to book, when available for future trips. Everything about the listing is perfectly described. Perfect amount of space (very open with a lot of natural light), well appointed kitchen (even has a crockpot), perfect location & a garage full of beach “toys” & supplies for little kids & big kids alike (beach cart is great for lugging all supplies/chairs to the sandy shore)!!! The guys even kayaked out & caught fish to throw on the grill one night. The bikes were used to venture to nearby stores & take a leisure ride. Having the garage was a bonus & the water hose outside of it was much needed/used when returning from the beach! Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference. The supply of 6 over sized beach towels is a nice, extra touch as well. A favorite resting spot in the evening, was the balcony which over looks the intracoastal. The furniture out there is amazingly comfortable!! Thanks Bob & family for a wonderful stay & terrific communication, from beginning the & checking out. All was greatly appreciated!!!.
