Right in Downtown Dunedin, steps to restaurants, night life, festivals, and Blue Jays baseball. Close to award winning beaches, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach. Downtown Dunedin boasts 7 breweries, multiple pubs, a night club, a distillery, and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. Come play with us!
This 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex is where we raised our children, our Grandpa lived in the front unit. It is right in the middle of tons of things to do. There is a bedroom with a private bath, another bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and another bath that has a washer/dryer. We have provided beach supplies as well. Start your day with coffee from the Keurig machine and either cook in in the fully stocked kitchen or wander down the street to one of our many award winning restaurants. There is a large private back yard as well. Parking is provided.

Ideal location

Our group of four adults found Key Lime Cottage #4 to be ideally located. We didn't need to rent a car during our two weeks because we were able to use the Pinellas Path to bike to Clearwater and Tarpon Springs and many, many wonderful places in between. Groceries from Nature's Food Patch and the offerings in downtown Dunedin (with amazing views of the sunset) were both a short walk away. It was great to have a quiet place to stay which offered two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Dunedin cottage

The place was clean roomy and fantastic location one block from.main street. There us a nice large yard. We stayed in the rear cottage and never heard the people staying in front. Loved the 2 bathroom set up as well. Thanks for a great stay.

EPIC Town

Perfect place for downtown Dunedin

We loved our stay! The cottage was clean, with plenty of space. It had everything we needed, including items for the beach. The location was perfect for walking to breweries, restaurants, and shops. We hope to be able to stay again soon!

Location, Location, Location!

A large living room/kitchen is the main feature of this wonderful unit. All rooms are bright and sunny. Beds are comfortable. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. For the cyclists, the beautiful Pinellas Trail is only two blocks away. The owners live nearby and are exceptionally responsive to any issues which may arise. If Dunedin is your destination, this is the perfect place to stay.
