Our cohost, Carla, lives very close to the property . We can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through the platform for lightning fast response.

This quaint Indian Rocks Beach neighborhood is perfect for a family vacation, girls' (or guys') weekend, business retreat, or local stay-cation. This cute and extremely safe neighborhood is perfect for walking, going for a bike ride or walking the dog.
It's surrounded by mom and pop restaurants, ice cream shops, boutique shops, and of course the BEACH!

Your private condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, living room with cozy living room, dining area, laundry room, and your own patio space. The large pool area is shared by the other units and is rarely occupied by more than 1 or 2 families at a time.


Inside, the condo is bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up to feel like a home—not just a place to sleep. The living area offers comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a TV for relaxing nights in. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, snacks, or beach-day breakfasts.

Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights with cozy beds, quality linens, and space to unpack and settle in. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essentials, and an in-unit washer and dryer makes longer stays or sandy swimsuits a breeze.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)
