  • Beach Place #206 - This is a highly desirable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner beachfront unit in sought after Beach Place Condos, near all the amenities. Bright and spacious, with incredible views, guests will feel right at home. The kitchen has been updated, and includes tray ceiling, pendant lighting, newer countertops and cabinetry. Up to six guests can comfortably sit at the kitchen table, enjoying a meal or playing board games. The living area with flat screened TV and leads to the outdoor balcony. Here you can enjoy the million dollar views of the pristine beaches and heated swimming pool while taking in the fresh Florida air. No doubt this is where you will spend the majority of your time relaxing.

    Free Wifi This condo has 2 parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

    The master bedroom is large with two queen beds and attached bathroom with walk in shower and access to the outdoor balcony. The second guestroom also contains two queen beds with plenty of closet space and private bathroom. One full size bed is in the third guestroom which also has lovely views of Johns Pass. All three bedrooms have their own TV and are beautifully decorated for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

    When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

    Guests are not only steps away from the fabulous beach, pool and BBQ facilities, but also popular John's Pass Village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 ft pirate themed boardwalk. The Pass, is quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

    Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

    Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We very much enjoyed the Gulf breezes and the summertime night skies. Our condo was ready when we got there. It was clean and we'll supplied with all the necessities. We would recommend to anyone to come here and enjoy Florida at the edge of the Gulf.

The Beach Place is located directly across from John’s Pass making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The building is dated and could use some upgrading. The coded process to get anywhere is less than desirable but works. The furniture in the living room could use a deep clean. All the furniture including the beds is extremely comfortable. There are new appliances and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The only miss is a Keurig maker! Overall a great option for vacationing in St Pete!!

It is big enough to accommodate all 7 of us and the unit was so clean, spacious and well-decorated. The walk in shower is just what my disabled husband needs, too. Hope to be back next year! My grandson wanted us to move his auntie and their dogs down from Mass. so we would never have to leave!

We wouldn't be able to stay there in the heat of the summer.Some of the blinds were broken.one bed headboard broken.But beds very comfortable. Unit was clean except for the carpet. It turned our feet black. Great location. Pool and grounds very clean. Perfect access to the beach. Public parking lot next door should be closed at night. Not the units fault. Beautiful beach. We had a great time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This should have been the perfect vacation spot for us 4 friends, but although the location was perfect, there were too many annoyances to overlook. It started with spotting 2 roaches the first night/day we were there. Mgt sent over the bug guy the next day who only sprayed the kitchen and one bathroom since we had no notice he was coming. It did nothing, we saw many more roaches thruout the unit during the week. Pool rules were not enforced with tons of inflatables in the pool and everyone saving chairs with their towels. Often there were no chairs left for us and no room in the pool either with all the screaming kids and their toys. We were bothered a few more times with no notice: Mgt coming in to change the furnace filter, Mgt coming in with dogs to sniff for bed bugs, and the worst was when our hallway was roped off to have the floors refinished. We were told this would happen on Thursday, but didn't know it would be for 5 hrs that we couldn't get in or out of our unit. And we were never called to tell us it was dry so we could leave or return to our unit. Thankfully the weather was nice and location perfect so we did have fun. But we will not be back to this building Beach Place #206

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleanest area was the pool ... wonderful worker! The condo is in desperate need of an upgrade and get rid of the very worn bedroom carpets. The thin worn bath towels that we were given were an embarrassment. And shame on not providing beach towels and chairs to guests who are flying into town. In my 8 years of renting on the gulf, I've never had to bring my own. Bottom line--- I expect something at least as good as what I have at home and it wasn't that condo. The few times I had to go the the office, the 2 women barely looked up from their computer to address my questions. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love their jobs, if they're that unhappy. The location was the only positive.

Our children and now grandchildren enjoy Johns Pass. We have stayed in this condo two times and are going back next yearThe condo is a perfect location for us. We love the fact we just have to take the stairs. Our grandchildren love to watch the bridge go up.Also,watching dolphins!.I would suggest the owners find a new cleaning service. I had to clean the floors ,kitchen and baths. Our feet were black. The rug at the entrance smelled sour. Another thing I’d suggest is the patio be repainted the paint is peeling and it sticks to your feet. As an owner of a condo I would want to know if my condo is being maintained properly. It’s to nice of a condo not to be. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 206. Completely dated. Cloth furniture is stained. Carpet is gross. Lights are dull and many bulbs were burnt out. Rats were witnessed in the south side of the building near the pool. Was told we could not turn ac down. Noisy box fans were provided (also old and dusty). Many interior doors very beat up. Need replacing or at least painted. Doors to balcony did not lock which is concerning only being on the second floor. Kitchen counter tops in bad shape. Many cabinet doors do not close correctly. Cooking sheets and pans still greasy. All In all. Gross. This unit needs a complete remodel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying in unit 206. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 parking spots. You won't be disappointed. Office staff were very personable and helpful. Pool stayed open later than posted so that was very nice. So much fun watching the boats coming in and out and people showing up early to fish. When you walk to John's Pass, go through the park and under the bridge. It is nice to walk that way and takes you right to the boardwalk. Up early every morning to see the sunrise from the boardwalk and watch the pelicans diving for food and dolphins jumping.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 206 is a very nice Condo to rent this was our 3rd time in it. Love the beach decor. Fridge is old and will need to be updated soon it froze allot of our fruits and vegetables. Otherwise it’s a nice place. Thanks goes out to the pool guy for keeping up the pool and area around it!!! We always recommend Beach Place.
