  • Beach Place #106 - This ideally located 3 bedroom, 2 bath, corner unit condo has been completely renovated and updated. Just across the street from popular John's Pass Village, and overlooking the swimming pool, all with ocean views, visitors will appreciate everything this outstanding property offers. Free Wifi. This condo has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

    Beach Place #106's open floor plan includes new tile flooring throughout, a beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and cabinetry, and all utensils making cooking a breeze! A full laundry with new washer and dryer, and updated bathrooms make this a highly sought after vacation home.

    Comfortably sleeping up to 8, the large master bedroom offers a king sized bed with access to the private balcony. With plenty of closet space, and wonderful views, this is a perfect retreat after a busy day outside. The second guest room has 2 double beds, while the third offers one queen sized bed. All rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. This unit includes four televisions, as well as free WiFi and long distance from Canada and the U.S. A nice plus: two parking spots are allowed for this unit.

    This unit is Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum Winter and Summer Seasons.

    As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Grab your beach towels and umbrella as the beautiful southern Madeira Beach and heated swimming pool is right outside your front door. Enjoy the BBQ facilities which are located here as well. Of course, John's Pass Village is right across the street. The John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

    Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. | | Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Nice location

Place was overall just fine an what we expected. The property is undergoing a few renovations due to previous storm damage but it didn't affect our stay, we had a good time and everything was as we figured it would be. Nice location being so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops

Thank you for providing such a lovely condo! The view is spectacular and there is no shortage of space!! The patio table could be replaced as it is rusted but we will definitely be back!!!

Great location!

The property was exactly as the listing and photos described it. The location was perfect for us! Direct beachfront, nice pool, walking distance to John’s Pass with many nice restaurants, shops, and boat, watercraft and fishing rentals. Having 2 parking spots was very nice for visiting guests. One thing that could have made it even better is if beach chairs and beach towels would have been included. We would definitely stay here again!

Love the beach place

We have a really enjoyable time and it was right at John’s pass. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. My husband loved that he got to fish their as well.

Great stay and super easy check in

The unit was awesome for our family. Corner unit, just above the pool, views of the channel and beach were gorgeous. Easy to walk under the bridge to John's pass. Short staircase if you dont want to wait for elevator. 2 parking spaces. Beach has some debris from hurricanes, tile pieces, concrete in sand. Bring swim shoes for the littles. Highly recommend. We had two familes and had more than enough room!

Reviewer Comments: Just the diference from arriving on a Wed and seeing the piles of sand and dirt in the pool, until Satm 3 days later, the work that was done to smooth out the piles of sand and clean the pool was amazing. We saw such a transformation in jut 3 days, unbelievable what great work was performed so the beach and pool could re-open. Great job.

John's Pass shops and restaurants were just across the street. The only negative I would give is that the public parking is next door and they walk in and put up their tents and chairs in front of you if you rent a chair and umbrella. This might only be a problem on busy days like holidays.

Couples vacation at Beach Place

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of three couples stayed here the week of April 5-13th 2024. The check in process was somewhat confusing requiring extra visits to the office before they closed. We stayed in unit 106 which is an end unit. Unfortunately it also was directly next to the public parking and beach access to Madeira Beach. Every morning for 7 days. we had a 7 am wake up call by the gentlemen hired to clean the public parking lot with large high powered and VERY LOUD blowers to clean the parking lot. You cannot enjoy sitting on your patio in the morning due to loud blowers. After sunset you can enjoy loud base boomin music and marijuana contact buzz from the people hanging out in the parking lot and squeals from rubber being laid upon their leaving. Beds and pillows were comfy. Unit is a bit older, however, nicely updated with comfortable seating for six adults. Beach is beautiful and pool has enough chairs and tables.

Reviewer Comments: Customer service has been great for us both times we have visited Beach Place Condos, the location is perfect for families with all ages, you are able to cross the street and be at Johns Pass shopping area within minutes, the property is well kept with all the employees being very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this location ,the beach is also right there and is cleaned daily .... we enjoy shell hunting in the early morning and fishing in the afternoon

People coming in from the public parking area and using the pool as a public pool. Loud music at the pool was vulgar music at best. Families left the pool area because of this. Since my condo was right above the pool I witnessed this first hand. Saw people eating food in the pool and smoking cigars in the pool. Guess where the ashes went? Also serial activity going on in the pool as well. Needless to say I will be looking for a different place for my family to go. On the good side check in staff was very friendly
