Surf Song #212 - (Walkup, No Elevator) Comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath suite at Surf Song Resort. One Queen Bed in bedroom. All new flooring, new granite kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. Newer range and refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. Free high speed internet and HD television. While on the smaller side at 366 sq ft., 212 offers a great deal to be at the beach.

Please note all guests are required to complete and sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before any reservation is confirmed.

Quiet second floor walk up location. Not a beach view, but just steps to Surf Song heated pool and white sand beach. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach.

Guests enjoy the easy convenience of being just steps away from every amenity, including bbq facilities and of course, the incredible white sandy beach, the gulf waters and relaxing heated pool. And just across the street? John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Condo was super clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. The bed slept very well. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. No beach gear or beach towels provided within the unit. Unit as described and would stay here again.

VERY NASTY PLACE and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

The listing stated all new flooring and furnishing! The carpet was so nasty, stained and sticky that you could not take your shoes off. There was dirt/sweat stains where your legs and arms would touch the sofa and chair! The kitchen chairs wheels fell off when my husband sat down in it and the other kitchen chairs arm was coming completely undone! The bathroom was not clean!!! There was toothpaste spit all over faucet and black hair on the counter top. Also the bathroom is so tiny one person are barley fit inside! Luckily management refunded our complete stay and we were able to find another place to stay the same day! NOW VRBO NEEDS TO REFUND FEES!

Madeira Beach Stay

Loved staying here. Very reasonably priced. Although small, everything was well laid out. This was our first time staying in Madeira Beach versus Treasure Island and we were happy. Directly across the street from John's pass. Had a great time and the weather was perfect.

Right on the beach

The property itself was very cute and had an amazing location but when we sat down to use the toilet our knees almost hit the sink, and when trying to take a shower my husband and I hit our hips on the sink almost every time getting in and out. The bed also very hard and not all that comfortable. I’d love to stay here again but I don’t think we will unless the sink gets fixed and the mattress is taken care of.

Was disappointed there was not a good view of the beach, pool, or really anything

The process was quick and easy property was clean bathroom was very small. had stove, microwave, and coffee maker but no blender so we bought one and left it their for the next guest. Had a nice pool good location across from Johns pass.

Poor accommodations

The website was quite deceiving. Supposedly, the kitchen was fully stocked but had nothing but pots, pans, and dinnerware. No paper towel, no condiments etc. Instead of being in the main building on the beach, it was over the office. The bathroom was so small my knees hit the lavatory when sitting on the toilet. There was no hair dryer or shampoo. The living room didn't even have a sofa, just a small loveseat.
