From 3/1/2026 - 8/1/2026 our balcony will be closed and from 9/1/2025 - 4/1/2026 our pool will be closed. We will have access to a neighboring pool during this time. Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 2 parking spaces are available, 1 reserved space and 1 guest space first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's or commercial vehicles on the premise
