Esta unidad está en el lado de la playa de Gulf Blvd. Disfrutar de las vistas del atardecer impresionantes desde el balcón o tomar unos pasos de la arena y el agua y disfrutar de la playa. A poca distancia de restaurantes, incluyendo famosa Crabby Bill. condominio de 2 habitaciones modernas y bien equipadas. Indian complejo Sunset Condominium se encuentra directamente en el Golfo de México. Una de las unidades de once hace que para unas vacaciones agradable y tranquilo. Esta unidad está en la planta superior con mejor vista de la casa. Se encuentra frente al Golfo de México al oeste directamente al agua. Está situado detrás de unos 50 pies de la arena blanda. Tiene un paro a un gran balcón cubierto desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Disfrutar de las comidas, la lectura y la visualización de las puestas de sol en el patio totalmente amueblado. Enjoyed the nightly sunsets, easily accessible and uncrowded beach, and warm waters in April. It was a perfect place for three of us to stay. A very relaxing week that was hard for us to leave.
What a great way to start your morning with coffee on the balcony.
Every night was a different show.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well stocked. The view of the gulf was much better that we expected. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The Wi-Fi functioned well. Alex was very pleasant to work with. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. There were restaurants and some shopping within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent time. The beach is gorgeous, property is cosy and clean, and steps away from the beach. The location is so close to the restaurants and other attractions. Alex, the owner is very helpful.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The condo is beautiful and perfect h the or a small family. One of the best beach access areas we’ve ever had on vacation. The area is quiet and I crowded. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!!

Amazing location close to the beach

My family had a great 2-week stay and enjoyed quick access to the beach. The beach and ocean view from the deck were amazing, too. This place has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to cable TV and a Keurig. Walking distance to several restaurants including Crabby Bill’s. Loved it!

Wonderful Stay!!

This is one of our favorite places we've stayed! Right on the beach with the most beautiful view. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, even right in the middle of July. We were close enough to walk to several restaurants, a beach store, or CVS if we had wanted to. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here next time we travel back to Florida!

Very Comfortable

My husband and our 23 year old son stayed here from January 18th until January 27, 2015. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beach access very convenient and sunset/ocean views were beautiful. Loved the location and parking was perfect. Best part was that the owner, Alex, was prompt, professional, and pleasant to communicate with. Definitely would rent again and recommend that you do the same!

Wonderful stay all around!

You will love this place if you stay here! It’s a beautiful setting and only steps away to the beach, the pool or watching the sunset on the deck! Beautiful view from the deck, living room and master. Very quiet place. Beds are super comfy, pool is very clean as well as the condo and grounds. Plenty of towels, blankets, and supplies. The master is very spacious with an oversized bathroom and closet area. The new kitchen is beautiful and we loved cooking there. Plenty of place settings. Spacious table to sit at and enjoy a meal in. There is also so many great restaurants within walking distance. We had a car but you really don’t need one unless you want to venture out The Trolley runs to Clearwater Beach and more. Can’t say enough good about Alex! He is so nice and available when we had a small problem leaving our keys behind. This is our favorite place so far in n the area! We’ll definitely return for another stay!

Great retreat!

When we arrived at the condo, access to the condo was just as explained by Alex. We had a minor plumbing issue that Alex resolved in a timely manor and it did not impact our stay in any negative way. As with all rental units, I find that the cleaning is very minimal. I never mentioned anything to Alex as it was still a very enjoyable time. When I went to throw our laundry I’m the dryer, about 6-8 bath towels and several beach towels had been left in there. Not sure the rug in the living room had been swept and the couch, which is leather appeared to have dog hair on it along with the rug. There is a vacuum in the condo so not a big deal to run it quickly and fold the laundry. All being said I would still stay here again! The views are amazing and it is very nice to be ocean front and able to go to the condo for a break from the sun. The chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were nice to have available. Having a setup of bathroom essentials and kitchen essentials was very nice as well. Very quiet area, walkable to many things.

Nice, cozy, and friendly

The properly grounds are not too big, 11 units in total. Getting in and out of the parking are a little tight but was still big enough for a minivan. The view was great from our balcony. The pool was just the right size for the property. The beach is private and not crowded with the closest public access about 2-3 blocks away. All of the people we met were friendly. You have a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bakery, and ice cream. Sightseeing of nature, boats, mansions in just a short drive around town. Clearwater is just about a 20min drive (just plan to spend a while there as parking is about $20 whether you're there an hour or a whole day.) The unit we stayed in was plenty big enough for us (my wife and I, 7 and 12 yr old boys, and my mom.) We brought toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry stuff, but the unit was already stocked. We just left what we brought. The view from the balcony was great as the sunset was directly in front of us. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay on the gulf side of Florida. This was our first time as we normally stay on the Atlantic side, but we plan on coming back sometime in the future.
