  • Direct Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps 5-6

    Sea Isle Villas - Unit #H is a gulf front condo in the Sea Isle Villas community (18 units) on Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Unbelievable views from this third story unit that has been recently refreshed and professionally decorated. Just steps from the dunes and the Gulf of Mexico beaches on a very family friendly section of Indian Rocks Beach. Private elevator and assigned covered parking make getting in and out a breeze. Heated private pool if you want to take a break from the sand. Condo is two bedrooms with two full baths and comes very well stocked for your stay. We have Spectrum cable television, free 200mb WiFi and all rooms have televisions.

    The master has a King-sized bed, full bath with shower and a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, full bath with tub and a large closet. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Our well-appointed and spacious kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen towels, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, appliances and the fridge has water in the door and an automatic ice maker. Large farmhouse style dining room table easily seats six with room to eat, work remotely or play board games. Eat in kitchen has three stools and a lot of counter space for cooking and storage. Master bathroom has a hair dryer and there is an iron and ironing board in the master closet. The condo is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The unit has front loading washer and dryer and we can provide a pack and play if needed for little ones. There is a community gas and charcoal grill in the middle of the complex if you feel like cooking out. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool noodles and a variety of beach toys are provided. The the beach equipment is in a storage closet on the 1st floor, meaning you don’t have to drag them up or down any stairs. Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable community with excellent choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and we can let you know which spots we recommend.

    The Sea Isle Condominiums do have some house rules that include no smoking and no pets allowed in the unit at any time. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Our check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time of 9am.

We loved our 4 night stay here. The condo is cozy and very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The beds were very comfortable. Located close to local favorite restaurants and shopping made for more beach time daily. Karen is an amazing host! She will take care you as a guest. Im looking forward to a return visit!

This property was absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony (and even from the living room couch!) was amazing. The ocean is literally at your feet and the condo was very well cared for. Felt like home, very comfy beds, spacious and well appointed overall. And the private elevator was really convenient and cool. Karen is a very engaged and responsive host too. Great location, walkable to several restaurants, a small market, and a coffee place among others . And the pristine beach where you can walk forever. Oh, and the sunsets were simply spectacular. Our stay could not have been any better. And we’re already planning to come back. If this VRBO is on your list, book it, no need to look further.

Holiday get away

We had a great stay! The location was perfect with a great view! Just steps from the beach and restaurants within walking distance. We loved that the condo was equipped with beach chairs and towels. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo! It was clean and beautifully decorated with an excellent location and view of the beach. The elevator to our balcony was awesome, and it was so nice having the storage area with beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo also has beach towels so you don’t have to pack them. Karen was a great host with excellent communication!

Beautiful updated condo. The balcony over looking the beach and watching the sunset every night was absolutely the cherry on top. And the private elevator - game changer. Private beach. Seriously just perfect. Will be back!!

Beautiful Condo

We loved this condo. It is perfectly located with several great places to eat within walking distance. The condo was decorated beautifully and the views of the Gulf are amazing. We would definitely recommend this condo for a vacation get away and plan to come back ourselves!

Perfect place to relax

We LOVED this place in IRB! Beautifully and simply decorated, everything we needed, and the location was great. Very quiet community with easy access to beach, walkable restaurants, and perfect for our first vacation with our one year old. Can’t wait to come back. Karen was wonderful with communication and suggestions for local flare. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Granddaughters Beach trip

AMAZING from booking to check out. The hosts were great, communication was great! As Mary Poppins would say, the place was “Spit Spot” great amenities in the condo, beach toys, pool…I have stayed at others in the area and this is my favorite! First time in IRB, won't be the last

Loved our time here. Beautiful beach off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. We took advantage of the Suncoast Trolley to explore Madiera Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete. The property was wonderful and Karen checked in with us and was readily available to ensure we had a great stay. We got to do so much in our week and can't wait to come again!
