Each suite is stocked with premium linens and bath essentials, plus conveniences such as a stackable washer and dryer, hair dryer, and iron (available upon request).As our guest, you'll have access to exceptional bayfront amenities, including a resort-style pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and a full-service bar and restaurant overlooking the water. You'll also enjoy 24-hour concierge service and full access to all hotel facilities.A resort fee of $40/night (+tax) is included in your stay and covers access to amenities, pool and beach towels, fitness center, concierge services, and in-suite essentials such as paper goods and K-cup refills.On-site parking is available for one vehicle per suite at $40/night (+tax). Additional parking may be available upon request and occupancy for $40/night (+tax). A $300 incidental hold will be placed at check-in to cover room charges from the bar, restaurant, boat slips, or any remaining balance, and will be released upon departure.We are pet-friendly, with a fee of $85/night (+tax) for up to two pets (combined weight limit of 30 lbs).
