We stay here for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay here. Its few mins walk to the beach and the neighborhood is nice

It was just ok.

My two kids and i stayed here, since it was right next to our friends who were staying at the Sandpearl. The property listed that it had a washer and dryer in the unit, so we had packed less items. This was not the case. No washer and dryer unless you paid extra for a laundry service. So that was totally misrepresented on VRBO. Second, the bathroom door was busted and falling apart, so we could not close the bathroom door during our stay. I emailed and called the rental company about this but they did not respond back. Nice. And lastly, and most importantly, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. HUGE cockroaches. Ive never seen such large roaches. It was terrifying and disgusting. We spent much time out of the room as it was most unpleasant. This place needs to be listed a little more accurately and priced accordingly for not actually having the amenities it stated in the listing, and for being unsanitary with roaches. We will never be back. My advice to people is to look elsewhere.

Loved the location!!!

This was our first time staying at Clearwater Beach Suites! The location was great!!! Walking distance to the beautiful beach and restaurants and shops! The pool area was clean and neat and very inviting after a day on the beach! Our condo was a bit dated. Very small bathroom. It was tidy but not as clean as we would have expected! We also had some uninvited guest show up at the pool. 12 Teenagers got in because they haven't changed the gate code in years (so we heard) They left and never came back! But I think the code should be changed! We met some very nice guest at the pool! I'm not sure I'd stay again in this condo 104 again but we may try another unit next year! The realtor we went through to book it were very helpful and professional!

Great Location!

Just steps to the beach and great dining options. Kids loved the pool. My wife and I enjoyed that the resort provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and a toy box full of beach toys for the kids. We will definitely be back.

They made it right...sort of

When I arrived, I had not received any entry instructions. My flight had been several hours delayed, so it was almost 4am. And I was alone with my 3 year old. I called the after hours number and was so thankful to be in contact with a man that could not get the information that we needed, but he did come down to the unit at 4am to make sure that we got in. He also said that he would make sure that someone got with us as soon as the office was open, as we still did not have a door code, and could not go out the door without being locked out. Unfortunately, the room had not been cleaned from the previous renter. The dirty towels were piled in the bathtub, the bed was slept in, hair on the furniture, and the pillowcases were soiled. A cleaning lady did come by around 10am to check in and let us know that she was going to get started as soon as she could. They did clean the room and I appreciated it. Room 104 has hardly any pressure in the shower and no hot water. We took cold showers for 2 days. I could not even wash my hair. We ended up leaving late Saturday night instead of Sunday morning. I paid to change my flight to get me and my 3yr old out of there sooner. I brought the hot water item to the attention of the owner, but he said that there were limited things that he could do as an owner and that he would notify management. So basically we napped there Friday morning and slept there Friday night, but paid for 3 nights with no shower. The location is amazing. The pool is awesome (although we never got any pool towels either!). The beach is the best. The Unit was in good condition overall other than the pointed issues.

14 day stay

We called and went to Beloise and requested a parking pass by the pool and we were accommodated the next day. I think that is it. The beach was lovely, the pool was grand, the cleaners were helpful and friendly. the cleaner named Pam was especially kind and helpful. Oh, we had restful nights sleeping. Thank you for renting to us.

March month rental

Had a glitch with the lock code. Was pleased that the staff was able to get the lock working as soon as I called in. Housekeeping was excellent with service. Was able to swap out dirty linen without any troubles. Much appreciated since our stay was for a month. All staff was friendly, location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown, beach, and restaurants on beach. Look forward to our next stay.

the bed is very soft - you sink into the middle. and it would be nice to have a handicap rail in the bathtub for elderly people to use for support in and out of the bath tub/shower. we did also find a palmetto bug/roach in the bathroom.

Wonderful stay - great location

Clean room , proximal to many shops and restaurants , very close to the beach; beautiful pool right outside our door.
