  • Descripción: Condominio de un dormitorio muy limpio y recientemente remodelado para disfrutar de las hermosas puestas de sol de la tarde en el Golfo de México en el balcón privado. Crujientes pisos de baldosas blancas en todo. Flamante cocina renovada y unidad remodelada. Perfecto para entretener y relajarse. A pocos pasos tienes delfines retozando en el agua del golfo mientras disfrutas de la playa de arena blanca y limpia.

    Convenientemente ubicado a menos de 10 millas al sur de Clearwater, y a minutos de las muchas atracciones de Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburgo y Sarasota tienen que ofrecer.

    Las atracciones locales incluyen John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater Pass, Caladisi Island, golf, minigolf, paseos en bote, pesca, deportes marítimos y muchas tiendas y restaurantes y bares para elegir.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view. We spent more time inside than we typically do due to the heat and felt so comfortable and at home. Condo had everything we needed and so much more. Definitely recommend and would stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is immaculate and no detail is left undone. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the easy beach access and amazing views. The elevator worked as it should and the pool bathrooms and grounds were clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Lovely condo & the view from the balcony is fantastic!! Location is wonderful. As far as the condo it had everything we needed, and more. We have stayed at a place that had one roll of toilet paper for paper goods stuff, in the entire place...not this place!!Very well stocked!! Plenty of linens, kitchen items, beach things, etc. We would highly recommend this place & host!

Very nice condo! Very well furnished and very clean. Construction was a little aggregating, but not too bad. We enjoyed our stay!

The view was amazing. Unit was all we expected. The elevator and pool bathrooms all working again. Used the grill by pool. No washer/dryer n this unit but easy to use washer/dryer available on first floor. Loved our stay!

Loved the condo, the view and the complex. You could really tell Andrea cares about her guests. She answered texts quickly every time I contacted her. The pics don't do this place justice, it was perfect. Every room spotless, linens and dishes all clean. She had plenty of tissues, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaners to use. Balcony was nice and big and had a drying tree/rack for swimsuits and towels which we used everyday. Since we flew in, it was really convenient that Andrea had beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts and beach towels. As far as the complex, it was nice and quiet. Pool area was clean and a perfect way to cool off after the beach. Everyone we spoke with at the pool commented how much they liked the complex. Many were repeat customers. Thank you Andrea for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Fantastic host! Our first time doing a vacation rental, and did not know what to expect. Brought some cleaning items just in case. I will say it was extremely clean, you could not find a spec of dust if you tried! Was equipped with everything you would need. Great view as well. Would stay again!

Great room

Even though we did not have a working elevator during our stay, the room and location made for a wonderful getaway. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was good too.

Wonderful!

From the time we walked into the condo we thought we were lucky to have such a great place to stay. The view of the beach was magnificent! Everything we needed was available in the condo. All in all we will return soon. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful condo!

Beautiful Beach View
