  • This spacious studio condo is located along the award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach, and just a short walk over to some great restaurants, shops, and activities. Leave the car at home if you choose, and come to relax and enjoy a perfect spot in paradise. Everything is close-by!



    The beautifully maintained grounds feature a large heated beachfront swimming pool with plenty of space to relax, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, and a lush tropical landscape. You'll wake each morning to views of the beach and water from the condo windows, or expansive views of the lush grounds from the walk-out private balcony.

Great location and a very short walk to the beach. We rented beach chairs with umbrella every day for $45 ($40 if cash) which was worth it. Parking is easy and the host pre-arranges the permit for you once they have your car information. Had everything we needed for our short trip. Within walking distance also from some nice restaurants and beach bars. Only complaint (and not really a complaint) about the room was the window unit air conditioner is very loud and comes off and on regularly (it is right next to the bed) but we got used to it. We would go back!

Great location within walking distance of a lot bars, restaurants and the beach. Good place for two people and had everything we needed including beach chairs. Would stay again.

Best location!

We had so much fun here, we booked another night! No kids, no dogs. Just be prepared for window box A/C. It's not air conditioned in the bathroom. But there's a couple fans and if you position them right, it's fine. Pool is bath water warm but a nice break from the beach. We will be back!

This place was squeaky clean, had everything one needs for a beach getaway and the check in process was a breeze! It was actually more than a studio, with extra changing space outside the bathroom and a recessed kitchen area that made the king bed feel spacious in the room. Everything felt new. There was enough of a beach view from the bedside window to feel like you were close to the beach without paying an “on the beach” price. Great value with modern amenities in an “old Florida” setting.

Better than just Location, location, location!!

This small studio apartment/condo was impressively well furnished! It was impeccably clean, with well-stocked kitchen, linens, comfortable furniture, and just about anything you might want on the beach! We really liked having the beach cabana - it was easy to set up and pack back into its bag! Easy walk to the beach, too! Can’t thank you enough!

Loved the location. Of course the proximity of the beach was the best part but we were also able to walk to many shops/restaurants in the area. Perfect little apartment for a beach getaway with my husband
