Needs some easy to fix upgrades
Upon arrival we found the grass was overgrown unlike the rest of the neighborhood. Entering the home it looked clean. Found pool to be green & cloudy...not ready for use. We had contacted owner 3 days prior after seeing previous guests review & asked him to take care of this pool issue before we arrived...he did not. Both showers have poor water pressure, very difficulty to wash soap off body let alone shampoo out of hair. We contacted owner, he did have the grass cut next day We contacted him daily about the pool, he was responsive & sent out pool person, blaming the pool condition on the rain. (Our pool never looks like that from rain) Pool person told us they informed the owner he needed to replace the filter a while ago but he never authorized it. My daughter called the pool maintenance company & told them to replace the filter. It was finally replaced on day 5 of our vacation & pool cleared up within hours. We only had use of pool for 1 eve & 2 days of our 7 day stay. On day 2 we asked for a refund of 5 days so we could move to a new place we found but owner refused so we had to stay. Only offer was for a 200 refund that I have yet to see. The owner seems nice & responds quickly but needs to put more care into property.
