    Welcome to Casa Intercoastale - Recently Updated! This beautifully decorated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo inspired by Italian design. Located on the second floor (accessible by elevator), this charming condo offers a private, covered balcony perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while soaking in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Situated in the well-maintained Sea Club of Indian Shores complex, Casa Intercoastale is just a short walk from the pristine white sandy beach.

    This condo has everything you need to feel right at home. The full kitchen features new countertops and is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, utensils, appliances, and small appliances. The comfortable dining area seats up to four people, and the cozy leather living room set includes a sofa sleeper for additional guests. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with extended cable channels, or stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

    The bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds, making it ideal for up to four guests. It also features a Roku-enabled TV with premium cable channels for your entertainment. The condo also includes an additional vanity for extra convenience.

The pool was great alway able to get chairs ,my husband loved the small warf and was able to get some fishing in . The condo was perfect for our stay and we enjoyed sitting on deck and watching the boats go by along with some dolphins.dome great pizza and also seafood chowder in walking distance. Will return !

The condo was beautiful & clean. The location was perfect. The staff were very accommodating, even when we had some internet connection issues, they promptly took care of it for us. The views & grounds were beautiful. We will be back.

Awesome for young and elderly

Property was so clean, the instruction book was so helpful. Having the elevator for my 71 year old mother was awesome! Location was awesome we were so close to everything, if we come back to this area will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Very nice and clean place, well situated, close acess to the beach! Already recommend to our friends

We liked the place, nice and clean. Quiet too! Close to the beach, you get best of both world as of sunrise and sunset. Indian Shore and Gulf Blvd are very attractive, restaurants, bars, stores. Our host Kristin Ingram always answered our questions with no delay and was very kind before and while our stay. We recommend it and we will surely come back!

Beautiful sunrises, sunsets! Comfortable unit.

Lovely view of sunrises from the private the balcony in the mornings and you can see sunsets from the 2nd floor common space, walkway in the evenings. Beautiful grounds. Well kept. Pool was warm and comfortable. The unit is in need of some updating but is comfortable, everything you need is provided.

Great location. Short walk to the Gulf beaches and a couple of strip malls. The sliding glass door was difficult to operate. The handle broke while we were there. Some WD-40 on the slide track would have helped. Toilet had flush issues, but a very nice unit overall.

Great Escape from Winter

This is a beautiful condo. So clean and peaceful. The deck overlooks the water and the heated pool was great, even on cool days. The sofa has two recliners and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. Our only recommendation would be to replace the one Queen bed with a king size for added comfort. While we had a little problem the the refrigerator and it had to be replaced, the owner and property manager worked together to get us a new unit as quickly as possible and brought a small loaner in for couple days. We will definitely come again.

Great view with a basic unit

This unit was located in the Towers ( elevator access) on lower level, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. It had the basics but no washer/dryer in the unit. There is a community laundry, on 1st floor. It had the basics but needs updates. Heated salt water pool rocked! Beach was across the street with access 3 minutes down the street. Lots of fun things to do and good Restaurants ( walkable). Brought our bikes and rode on the beach daily! Management was super helpful!
