Relaxing

Had a great time. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Many things within walking range. Only negative was the bed - there are divots where people sleep. Mattress needs replacing. Definitely would rent again but would hope the mattress is replaced. The staff was friendly and check in and out was super easy Overall we were very happy.

Family Vacation

We stayed here with our older sons and overall enjoyed the stay. Our only complaint, which is not really anything you can do much about is the kids in the pool area this week were so loud. They were in the pool morning til night, which is great, but we could never sit on our balcony and enjoy peace and quiet. We went to the beach for the most part, but in the morning while having coffee or in the evening after dinner, we would like to sit out there and a couple of the kids were constantly yelling and screaming and their parents never told them to quiet down. Our oldest son went to pool maybe twice and left right away. Again, I'm not sure you could even do anything about it, but we've stayed in many places in St. Pete and it's never been this bad. I'm glad the kids were actually outside playing as they should be and not on video games, but it definitely made it hard to relax in the mornings or evenings. Other than that, everything was great.

Birthday get away

The condo was great and the property is amazing! So many fun things to do and close to the beach. Cozy, private and safe. We will stay again on our next visit to St. Pete. Excellent place to stay and visit to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday.

Perfect Beach Trip

Amazing family beach trip

We took our son, daughter in law, and granddaughter to the beach for spring break. We were thrilled with everything about where we stayed. The unit was beautiful and just as described. The beach decor was done so well. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be curtains for the bedroom windows to darken the room at night. This is especially true for the front bedroom. It has a large window that faces the hallway and there is a light right outside the window that is so bright and always on. The pool wasn’t large but was never crowded. We enjoyed the pool every day. The large storage cabinet in the parking garage full of beach chairs and toys was great! We had flown in and thought we’d need to rent or buy chairs but we had everything we needed thanks to the donations of previous guest. We did purchase a plastic baby pool for our 1 year old granddaughter to use at the beach and was happy to pay it forward and donate it for others to use, if needed, during their stay. We had such a great time and we hope to return soon! Thank you for week of wonderful memories with my family. Restaurant recommendations: Shells Seafood was amazing! We called in to go orders twice during our stay and enjoyed eating on the oceanfront balcony while watching the sunset! We also enjoyed nightly ice cream cones from Tastee Treat. So good!

Beautiful beach getaway

Easy breezey comfortable condo with everything we needed for a long weekend. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen had what we needed for light meal prep. Amazing location overlooking the beach as advertised. Balcony with a beautiful view. Tons of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Lock on the door needs to be replaced and gave us some trouble but maintenance was fast and friendly. Second bedroom with the two twins is small but doable. We used the puzzle table, beach umbrella, and the wifi speaker. A little loud at night in the pool area just below this unit but not a deal breaker. This building has no recycling onsite so we had to take it with us when we left. I felt comfortable staying here during the pandemic and staff masked when appropriate. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect longer weekend getaway at an amazing beach

We had a terrific time with our kids here. The pool is lovely, the ocean is literally right there. We went to the beach multiple times a day- such nice people there, ocean was perfect swimming for little kids. We cooked and grilled out- couldn't ask for more.

Beach condo with fabulous view

Very much enjoyed our stay. Only wish owner provided beach chairs. Also, second bedroom only had 2 twin beds which is fine for a family with children but not so good for us 4 adults. Love to see the owner put in a queen bed in the second bedroom because we’d like to go back.

Beautiful Getaway on the Beach!

Took my family for fall break to beach. The weather was perfect and the property was beautiful! Up to date decor and very clean! 10 out of 10! Would revisit for sure.

Great place

Location was great steps from the beach and close enough to walk to local restaurants and take a short Uber ride places. Grocery store wasn’t too far away and convenient store within walking distance. Pool was a great temp and our condo was completely redone with an amazing view of the ocean great to sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the water. I would definitely stay here again. Inside of condo was all nice and brand new with comfy beds abs beautiful tile showers. Property is dated but not terrible as you honestly just enjoy the ocean and atmosphere of the beach town.

Relaxing Staycation

My family enjoyed our staycation in Unit 402. It was very clean, and newly remodeled. I loved the beach decor! The view from the balcony was amazing and a quick walk to the beach. Beach volleyball nets and jet ski rentals were a short walk down the beach and shopping was a short drive away. We will book again in the future.

Great place to stay at the beach

This unit has just been completely refurbished and seems almost completely new. We had a great stay here - had everything we needed. Loved having breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach. Made use of shuffleboard and the pool (although it's small and more for kids than lap swimming, still managed to do some laps when the kids weren't there!). Highly recommend it. The entrance to the building is old and outdated but once inside the unit it's beautiful!
