This light and bright condo has a FL flare throughout with pristine tile and wood laminate flooring, remodeled bathrooms, a fully stocked and well equipped kitchen with open dining and living area. With miles of sandy beach to explore and the convenience of being a short distance from shopping and restaurants this condo is sure to provide a memorable beach vacation! After Rough check in due to my not so great online skills.. it was a great spot prob family of 5 or 6 would love this spot. Not only great pool but also right on the beach. Restaurants and groceries near by. Everyone on site super helpful and nice.I was able to get extra night which was awesome. Would def stay again.. Thank you

Amazing views

We book this hoping with amazing views of the beach. It didn’t disappoint! With a short walk down to the beach we spent every day at the beach. It was chilly and rainy a couple days of our stay but we could still stand at our window and watch the waves come rolling in.The size inside the condo was perfect for us.

St. Pete .

The Caprice property is beautiful. The beach view is spectacular. The condo was nice and the location is great. Our balcony was a side view of the ocean and was fairly private. There was a lot of furniture for the space.

Great place!

Location was great and the rooms were clean. Decorated very cute! Our son loved having a pool on site too. Would stay there again. The only, only downside would be that you have to stop at their offsite office to get grounds keys that we never used and then had to return them before we left. Other than that very small inconvenience, everything was great!

Great family time

Property is well maintained, with easy access to the beach, pool, and grassy area that is fenced in. Paradise Grille within walking distance and beach chair/umbrella rental all right outside the gated area on beach. Amenities in room were great, full kitchen and comfy areas to sleep and get rested. Balcony was where we had our breakfast and chilled out at night listening to the waves. Overall great experience and would recommend!

Great view

The condo was very clean, very roomy and well decorated. All lamps were unplugged when we arrived. Hand soaps were very tiny thin discs. Lovely beach view.
