Blissful Beachfront Condo With Stunning Rooftop Views In Beautiful Indian Shores

New listing! Kick back and relax at this ideal beachfront get-away. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit has two balconies and a rooftop terrace. It's the perfect spot for your morning coffee and evening cocktails and for watching the gorgeous sunsets. You are so close to the beach that the sound of the waves will put you to sleep at night.
This corner unit on the third floor of a 6 unit building gives you plenty of privacy and provides you with everything you need for a great beach get away. Accessible by stairs only.

The condo is tastefully decorated with new furnishings throughout. The master bedroom includes a King bed, en suite with shower, flatscreen TV and a terrace overlooking the gulf. The loft bedroom boasts a king bed , wardrobe and walkout terrace to the rooftop. The third bedroom at the back of the condo has a queen bed, closet and is next to the four piece bath.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, large flatscreen tv and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs with stainless steel appliances.
The dishwasher and stacked washer/dryer are new.

Linens, blankets and bath & beach towels are provided. A start up supply of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap will be provided, however you will most likely need to purchase more during your stay.
Our beach closet in the garage contains plenty of beach chairs, umbrella and some toys.

Great place and beach. 6 adults for the week with plenty of room. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Decks were perfect for outdoor lounging. Beach closet well stocked with beach chairs, ez-up, umbrella, and various kids toys. Would return.

Unique condo on the beach

This is a modern and rustic condo with almost all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The only things missing are an elevator and a pool. The air conditioning works great and there is lots of room for sleeping and gathering. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location on the east coast! Literally on the beach. The condo was well equipped for a family and very very cute! The owners answered any questions literally in minutes. We had everything like your regular home. Some days we cooked and some days we ate out. Sunsets on the rooftop Priceless ! Definitely 5 star.

Perfect Place for a Family Beach Vacation

The condo is just as described. You are directly on the beach and the views from the sliding door windows are spectacular; just wait til you experience your first sunset! The sunsets are amazing. My daughter is a morning person and loved sleeping upstairs in the loft bedroom beside the top deck. She liked the morning sun gently waking her up for the day. Perfect for a pre-teen/teen space, and my daughter liked the spiral staircase. My son loved the bedroom on the main floor because he is a night person, and this allowed him to sleep-in, plus it is close to the bathroom. The primary bedroom is relaxing and cozy, but if we weren't sleeping or on the beach - we spent lots of family time together on the deck beside this bedroom enjoying the beach views. Patti had lots of extras provided like cling-wrap, aluminum foil, sandwhich bags, oil, salt and pepper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish washing detergent, and so much more. This made grocery shopping for the essentials so much easier. The beach closet has everything needed for a relaxing day at the beach - beach chairs, some beach toys, and even a pop-up tent for shade. My family enjoyed every minute of our Indian Shores vacation. We will definitely be back. Thank you Patti!

Beautiful and Peaceful. As advertised!

This was my first trip to Florida, and we enjoyed our stay! This condo is truly a 1 minute walk out to your private beach area. It's away from the daily and nightly hustle and bustle of downtown Clearwater Beach, but close enough to enjoy any activities. The host was responsive, and even let us arrive a bit early, (we drove in from Cincinnati). Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Our family vacation!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The condo was decorated very nicely, was very spacious, but the best part is the gorgeous view and location! Watching a beautiful sunset from one of three balconies and mere steps from the beach. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The host, Patti, provided wonderful communication. The photos in the listing represent the property well. The views from three different decks/balconies are absolutely stunning! Literally located steps from the beach. The location was great. The beach was phenomenal! Beautiful Beach Condo

We had the best time! Lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. The house was lovely and very well maintained. The three decks were amazing! Our grandsons loved the spiral staircase and the lofts! Our host was responsive to every question!

The property is so amazing and equipped with all the touches of home! The porches and deck are so inviting with plenty of seating to watch the dolphins and see the gorgeous sunsets! My whole family asked when we could come back again!

Pure Paradise!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning from three separate decks. The unit was quiet and relaxing. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. The house included lots of little extras that made it seem like a home away from home. Patti responded to our questions quickly and courteously. We've stayed in the Indian Shores area several times over the years and this was definitely our best experience.

Just a great place, top to bottom and everything in between. Location was great, accommodation was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more! the beach was amazing but the best part is the sunsets you get every night from the rooftop deck, just awesome. Will definitely be back!

Location is everything and this place was in the perfect location. Great view, 30 yards from the beach, huge 70” 4K tv, great pizza place right across the street, and close to shops and mini golf.
